Fantastic experience: Mark is fantastic. Not only did he fix my injury but he diagnosed the root cause and gave me a whole heap of strengthening exercises to ensure the injury did not return. I have been injury free ever since.

Fantastic experience: Kirsten Rose has treated my back injury and pain for 9-months; it was a complex case and she navigated seamlessly collaborating with another specialist physio/surgeon, and now an ACC pain specialist team (of which there are at least three other specialist practitioners). Pain management outcomes have been consistent, and while there is a way to go still I have full confidence I’m in skilled hands — the results so far speak for themselves, and her high empathy and no-surprises communication is excellent. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing this physio for the past 6 months, and they're outstanding. They're the best physio I've been to in New Zealand. I've visited 5-10 physios in Auckland alone in recent years, and Katy goes above and beyond to help improve your condition. David has been an excellent physio ever since he took over for me from Lisa, who was also brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Helen and the team at Auckland Physio are absolutely amazing. I had an injury to my arm that was about 15 years old and tweaked it 10-pin bowling. Helen looked at the whole injury holistically and managed to get the extension in my arm to a point that I had never had in the past 15 years. I can't recommend Auckland Physio enough. Their clinic is also beautiful, but the staff and expertise are amazing.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this physio for a good few months now for a shoulder injury thats been bugging me for 5 years. I saw other physios but never had any luck until coming here. Shoulder has never felt this good even before I stuffed it! The team at Auckland Physiotherapy from the lady at the desk to the physios themselves are top notch and really listen to you when diagnosing an issue and no question was to difficult for them to explain. I really can't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Auckland Physiotherapy enough. I've been working with Mark since my shoulder stabilisation surgery in April and he has been with me every step of the way. Particularly during lockdown I've been having two online video sessions a week, keeping my progress on track and making sure I am working towards a full recovery. Super easy to dial into the calls, Mark demonstrates my exercises and watches me do them with any necessary corrections just like being in the studio. Fantastic experience: Chris and the team at Auckland Physiotherapy are top notch! I've got a dodgy knee after years of playing sport and Chris was able to get me back up and moving in no time. They are conveniently located next to the Domain and are open great hours to accommodate all schedules. I cannot recommend the team at Auckland Physiotherapy enough.

Fantastic experience: Amazing set up. I had one appointment with Mark then we went into lockdown. Because of the great systems they have I could continue with virtual appointments every week during lockdown with a video appt then an updated programme sent to me with the exercises that we went through - all provided in great detail. This has meant an incredibly painful injury is nearly better after 6 weeks - all during lockdown! I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a csection and purchased a pair of the SRC Recovery Shorts from here. They are an absolute essential for anyone postpartum!! Standing straight, coughing, laughing and crying is far more comfortable whilst in the shorts. I went on to purchase two more pairs as I am still wearing them everyday and night (& have every intention of purchasing a pair of SRC pregnancy leggings for any future pregnancies) Shipping was overnight and communication from James was prompt and lovely.

Fantastic experience: My training sessions with Adele have truly been life changing for me. When I initially signed up, I had never really done a fitness programme and wasn't sure if it would be for me. Adele put together a programme for me that I can do easily at home and that also fits in well with my daily routine. After a few months, I could tell I was getting stronger and my balance was improving. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Paul White, the excellent website and the inviting space at 8 George Street. I am recovering from a broken hip. At my 11 week fracture clinic appointment the orthopedic consultant told me that I should be walking without a crutch, but he couldn't tell me what I was doing wrong. So I googled physio, read about Paul White's interest in running, saw he was avialable first thing Monday and booked online. Paul sorted me out during our first physio session: I wasn't raising my pelvis when I was stepping forward with my good leg. I haven't used a crutch since the session.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, relaxing space and atmosphere. The staff have been friendly and helpful and my physio Shannon is knowledgeable and very sympathetic to my pregnancy aches and pains. Her follow up has been great, ensuring I know all my exercises and thorough explanations of the changes my body is going through. I look forward to doing the postnatal pilates classes with her and bring along little one!

Fantastic experience: I had Pneumonia & Pneumonitis as a result of taking Methotrexate. Mike was able to resolve debilitating thoracic pain, & coughing, with physio treatments like; accupuncture, muscle release & massage, stretching exercises. I was able to walk The Round The Bays event after 3 month of treatment

Fantastic experience: I have slight scoliosis which, combined with intense weightlifting and gynmastics training, has caused me problems with my shoulder for years. Mark worked with me and provided exceptional expertise and care which had me back to training in no time. His professionalism and knowledge is amazing, and I would recommend his practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I began seeing Mark after a knee injury and am delighted with everything that Auckland Physiotherapy provides. He gave me a really effective and clear way forward that alleviated initial pain and has since built further strength and movement - in the problematic joint and overall. After a few months of treatment I was able to do a multi-day hike last week with no pain. To top it off, the premises are beautiful and the staff are really nice people. A real joy!
