Fantastic experience: I had a back injury a few years ago. Went to West Auckland Physio for some help with recovery. Was Seeing Allan who I highly recommend, he helped build my confidence in my natural movements and mobility which I had lost due to injury. Was great at giving advice and techniques which I still apply today.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Andrew for his amazing acupuncture and cupping therapy experience and skills. my mum, who is 87 years old, has been complaining about the numbness of her left back side of her head and her neck pain and her dizziness from those symptoms, which has a big impact on her sleep. we have been worried and visited GP and a couple of times of emergency treatment in the hospital but no solutions until we met Andrew. After a couple of treatment, the symptoms are reduced. We are grateful as it is not only about the pain and numbness but also giving us a peace of mind and stop worrying about what was the reason which was causing those worrying symptoms. Fantastic experience: Had a persistent injury from a while back, so was one I wasn't expecting much magic on. But the team was really awesome. Both my wife and I got treated at some stage here, and felt so much better. Andrew (the Director) not only attended to the injuries, but gave straight up clear and honest advice on lifestyle changes to help keep the healing coming along. A really friendly and genuinely nice and caring guy, we always felt very comfortable and in capable hands. Was very impressive how he finds the (exact) painful areas without even asking! So you know he knows his stuff. The cool thing, is Andrew knows physio, acupuncture, and cupping. I came for the physio, but he treated with the other techniques also. Don't think other places have that combination of expertise. For some injuries, I think it needs that mixture. Thank you very much!

Fantastic experience: I injured my back and went to West Auckland Physio through recommendations from friends/ colleagues. I was not able to sit or stand for long. Even lying down was a problem. Driving had its own set of problems as well. All the physios were booked when I walked in so I agreed to see Andrew for acupuncture as I was in a lot of pain. My fear of needles was minute compared to the discomfort that I was in. On hindsight, it was one of the best decision that I made. Long story short, the acupuncture and cupping put my back right. Now I'm addressing other issues like lack of sleep, lack of appetite, hot flushes etc through acupuncture. Treatment is considered and administered wholistically and not compartmentalised to certain areas. I'm able to sleep continuously through the night now, appetite is back and hot flushes have reduced by almost 98%. Just after a few treatments, I feel so very much better. Andrew listens patiently and explains in detail with empathy and understanding. I was also given appointments to see Alan for my back when I went in initially. Alan is excellent in his treatment. He listens well and the level of treatment and patient care is par excellence. Alan explains well about the injury, the treatment that is being administered and exercise that needs to be done. I felt great incremental improvements after every session. The treatment centre is always super neat, tidy and clean. A very welcoming Lenise at the reception to greet us as we arrive.Thank you Andrew and Alan. I will definitely suggest you and your team to others who need assistance.

Fantastic experience: Andrew is a gifted acupuncturist. I came in with damage to my SI joint, couldn't walk in, and walked out an hour later. I am treated as a whole person, with treatment being given the necessary time needed, sometimes over and above what most services would offer. The physiotherapy is a great support offered with acupuncture. The Team are warm; welcoming and efficient , and work hard to fit you in. Nice to have parking and lovely up market facilities. Important that the cost is affordable. They are really my health care provider of choice. Most grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have recently started seeing Andrew for Cupping and Acupuncture. I cannot recommend him and the clinic enough. Clean, professional and I am getting great results- he has totally made me feel at ease about something I was very nervous about. I first sought support from Troy for acupuncture during my pregnancy a couple of years ago, and have since worked with Troy, Andrew and Alan for a range of injuries and ailments with acupuncture and physio. I always feel welcomed, listened to, respected and treated excellently during my appointments, and they are really flexible with booking times too which makes it easier to juggle appointments and family/work. After being hospitalised with Viral Meningitis I was recommended traditional Chinese acupuncture and I can honestly say I owe my health to Troy and Andrew. Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment, lovely staffs. Alan is highly motivated physiotherapist, got into the base of the problem and given me exercises, management skills to help with day to day physical challenges. Initially I was a bit dubious with acupuncture treatment, but troy has been very gentle and helped immensely with my pain. I couldn't have asked for any better physio experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with my treatment at West Auckland Physio. I was a patient for many months whilst I had physio and acupuncture treatment for a back injury. Alan is a great physio and really listened to the elements of my lifestyle that are important for me and formulated a really specific plan to get me back out and about! Troy is a really caring acupuncturist and created a really relaxing environment for me. I really recommend the place (my partner is also receiving treatment here) and I would definitely go back, although I hope not to have to!
