Fantastic experience: I can not describe how good Bodyfit Physiotherapy is. I have seen multiple physios in my life but non compare to Bodyfit Physiotherapy The team are outstanding in service and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: As a professional athlete I've been to many physios in my life but bodyfit physio by far is the best one. My first visit was with a knee injury that been bugging me for a while. After seeing Alex for the duration of few month not only my knee pain was gone but it felt stronger then before. After that I had few more visits with different injuries and every time Alex were able to fix the problem! I would definitely recommend bodyfit physio to everyone who got injuries and wants a fast recovery through professional guidance from bodyfit physio team!

Fantastic experience: I started my therapy with Alex 3 months after I had my shoulder reconstruction surgery(labral tear). My condition was pretty bad when I started there, I could barely move or rotate my shoulder in any possible way. After about 4 months of treatment now my shoulder is about 90% back to normal. Alex and the rest of the team are terrific at their jobs, the treatment was very efficient, the level of explanation to my questions and concerns were very well in depth but easy to understand and convincing at the same time. This shows the degree of professionalism they possess and this is why I highly recommend BodyFit Physiotherapy Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I have attended Bodyfit Physiotherapy for my ankle injury, the team there have proven to me that there is such thing as a great physio that works here in NZ. After first week I was able to walk without the limping and after the third week all the the pain and discomfort is gone. They have given me exercises and routines to help recover and strengthen the ligaments faster. I am planning in returning to light trainings next week and soon i will be back on the field. By far the best physio I've seen in NZ. ACC accredited is a nice bonus too.

Fantastic experience: Alex was straight forward to the point, without messing around he told me how with a mixture of stretches and exercises, with a few appointments with him. I felt my back improve much faster then it was on my own which i tried before seeing him. Also i learned a little bit more about the spine and all the muscles connected which i consider a bonus!

Fantastic experience: I came to BodyFit with my lower back pain, and was seen by Irene, who is sadly no longer with BodyFit. She was amazing, and got straight to the route of the problem. Together with Alex, they made a great team. Very thorough in their examination, and gave you a lot of time. Even following up with me via email and phone to make sure I was okay. Amazing service and highly recommended!

Positive experience: My husband and I always received friendly and helpful service at the Howick clinic. Last year when my therapist was nor happy with the results of my series of treatment she referred me to a specialist and I was surprised by the prompt response I got from them. I am about to have my final specialist treatment next month. I must say though that I have been disappointed at the rather short term some of the younger physiotherapists have stayed but I suppose they want to progress and get wider experience or maybe just they find it harder to commit? I shall miss Alex and Louda (spelling?) but we have moved out of the area. I thank them and wish them well for the future.

Fantastic experience: Thorough, knowledgeable and helpful

Fantastic experience: I tried the "What's your biological age?" test and found it quite insightful. Got to know my body fat percentage, water content, visceral fat etc and biological age. Haven't joined the programme (didn't need to thankfully) but heard they have a nutrition, fitness and physio combo to reduce your biological age. Try it for yourself!
