Fantastic experience: Highly recommend performance plus physio clinic. Great team. Super grateful for their support and expertise. Always leaning something new, and I definitely wouldn’t be where I am (in terms of recovery for my knee rehab) if I hadn’t had their support. :).

Fantastic experience: Best physio in town. Jodi was able to treat my ankle injury and have me recovered in record time. Through the process she was knowledgeable in her explanation of what she was doing and why. I have also seen her for other injuries and she has been able to hit the nail on the head every time. Highly highly recommend physio plus. Every one I know who has been treated by them absolutely raves about the service and skills.

Appreciated the comprehensive approach to identifying the issue and the communication in helping me to understand the underlying factors. Treatment fantastic and have a good plan to help with self-care and prevention. Very glad I went rather than just riding it out.

Jodi has always taken the time to listen and understand my concerns and offer practical hands on treatment as well as exercises to do at home. I couldn’t recommend the team more ☺️

Fantastic experience: I've come here with several different injuries and Diana has been able to effectively alleviate many pain symptoms and help me re-learn various movements to future-proof myself. She is kind, easy to deal with, and great at her job! A great team of people here!
