Fantastic experience: Great experience and can’t recommend enough. I’ve heard of lots of professional athletes using Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for recovering from injuries. After a Clavicle and Scapular fracture which both required surgical plating I used HBOT. The recovery time dropped and the skin healed in no time. Even the surgical nurse couldn’t believe how well my skin had healed after two weeks when removing the bandages. And it’s not scary at all. I actually fell asleep in session I was so relaxed ????

Fantastic experience: After years of visiting Andrew for osteopathy which has worked wonders for me for a variety of issues, I recently also had a fantastic experience with Lisa for acupuncture. I had a tough run with sickness in my late term pregnancy, and after a traumatic birth with my first baby, I was keen to do everything possible to bring on labour naturally and get my body and mind in a good space for a positive and healing birth. Lisa’s treatments were integral in helping me achieve just that. I loved the way she really listened to me and my needs in treating me. I got instant results during the sessions, with continued improvement in the days after, I also loved her guided meditation during treatment which helped me focus mentally. I would highly recommend Lisa for holistic health treatment and pregnancy care, I’m so glad I found her!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of both Berit (osteopath) and Lisa (acupuncturist). Berit made sure to really cater her work to your specific needs, super friendly and welcoming in her approach. I had a lot of success with my pain management. Berit passed me on to Lisa to further support my pain, and Lisa is personable, going the extra mile to support than more than my pain; all the while I have already felt an improvement in how I’m feeling day-to-day. Cannot recommend them both enough!

Fantastic experience: Kia Ora I have been meaning to do this for such a long time . I am a health professional and have been a client at this practice for many years, but today I had occasion to see Lisa again post recent spinal fracture and rotator cuff injury. I went in experiencing a lot of pain , discomfort and spasm and to be perfectly honest a little pessimistic about what lay ahead for me, trying to live my life the way I wanted to.
