Fantastic experience: Tara is hands down the best physio I have ever had. Really listens and assesses everything I tell her so she knows exactly what is going on. Tara makes sure I don’t have to stop doing everything physical and instead sets me up with rehab and prehab exercises to make sure I heal properly the first time. I do a very high level of exercise so will continuing seeing Tara even when there are no injuries, that way I know I am doing everything possible to care for my body.
