I had been dealing with knee pain for a long time, which had stopped my travels and hikes, and Ronnie managed to find out what was wrong and help me out in not many sessions, giving me great advice and useful exercises to get better too. Fantastic experience: Big mihi to Tahere and all his mahi as a physio in Putāruru. As a result of Tahere's friendly nature, he has a large clientele and is highly recommended! Throughout our sessions, he tailors the session to what is most beneficial to my progress, and I am grateful to have a physio who is so reliable and person-oriented.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Vigour for about 6 years now and I’ve always been looked after so well! I’ve been helped through 2 knee surgeries, shoulder injuries, concussions and other minor injuries here and for a while it felt like a second home! Thomas always goes above and beyond and even gives me Physio advice when I’m competing overseas! Vigour Physio is such an encouraging vibe and I wouldn’t want to do my injury rehabbing anywhere else! 100% recommend!

She’s helped us with rehabilitation and we’ve both seen significant improvements already thanks to her help! The entire Vigour team is incredible too. Fantastic experience: Dom Roe treated my ankle & knee issues following a few sports injury's. He had excellent knowledge of what was wrong and had great processes and rehab plans. He got me back out doing what I love faster and feeling 100% confident. Great bloke, great physio, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Lengthy treatment arc that brought full mobility back to my knees. Straightforward program of at home exercises to maintain strength. Honey is an excellent practitioner.
