Negative experience: Things started out pretty normal but did not end well. Over the space of a few months the advice and plan I received become increasing confusing and have left me feeling hopeless. I resonate with some of the things said by The Fox in their review and wish I’d seen that sooner. As someone with health training, some of the things I was told don’t seem medically sound. If your condition is unusual in some way, this clinic might not be a good choice. I imagine their treatment is just fine if you have a more routine issue.

Fantastic experience: Where to start... I have had migraines weekly for around 10-15 years, through which I have tried pretty much every remedy known. Finally I came to North City Physo and have been under the care of Abhishek (Abhi) D’ Costa. With Abhi's care and wisdom I have seen a significant drop in my migraines, as well as a lift in my general mood and well-being. The journey has been no overnight success, but I see noticeable differences and see the value in long term treatment. I have found Abhi's care so go I now take my oldest son to Abhi to help him recover from a back injury. I'd absolutely recommend Abhi to anyone, his techniques, advice and overall car are second to none.

This is where Atif stepped in, after a thorough examination he built a progressive rehab program. I was up and running after a couple of months. Atif provides an excellent service and a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had the misfortune of getting a foot injury 6 weeks out from my first ever ultra marathon (50km). Just walking was painful. I went for an appointment with Rowan who was amazing. She seemed optimistic that I would still be able to run (I didn't believe her). I followed all the instructions through the various appointments and within 3 weeks I was back running with a lot less pain. I then managed to complete the ultra marathon with no foot pain and managed to do it faster than my goal pre injury. I can't comment on any of the other staff as I have only dealt with Rowan , however if they are half as good as her I would recommend them all.

Negative experience: Most appauling "professional" service I have ever (not) received. Had an appointment booked on a Monday that I had to take off work for. I got a text the night before saying that the physio was sick and asking to reschedule. All good, people get sick, its all cool. My leg is still screwed up so I agree to an appontment the following day and ask my boss for time off work to attend. I rock up early Tuesday morning for my 8am appointment. No ones at the reception desk but all good, surely one of the physios will call me right? Wrong. Its now 8.15, and im still sitting there waiting when I receive a call from a private number. I answer it, and guess who it is??? North city physio advising me they need to reschedule my appointment. Bisssssh... im literally at the clinic, waiting for the said appoinment (that was meant to have started 15 minutes ago) and they want to reschedule. After the fact. Are. You. Kidding? Whilst there, I noted there was a physio there whos 8am client didn't show up... and they were just watching YouTube videos... no face to face interaction. No communication. Super unprofessional. What an absolute pisstake and waste of my time. All in all, a laughable experience and I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. If you dont want to get screwed around, I recommend going going else where.
