Fantastic experience: I made the best decision to start seeing David Guzdek at Evans Osteopath, needing help with a tight neck causing headaches. Over the next few months he would end up not only sorting out the headaches, but my ongoing lower back pain and hand pain too! (from a mountain biking injury) I have heard someone else call him a muscle/joint wizard and I'm inclined to agree as he finds and fixes all the trouble spots easily. His manner is also excellent, every visit is an interesting conversation to distract me from whatever painful muscles he is working on. I felt very comfortable with him at all times, he is an absolute professional and cares very much for his profession and his patients. Highly, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: From the very first interaction I felt comfortable and relaxed to explain the discomfort in my lower back, and the diagnosis and treatment went straight to the heart of the issue. I received instant relief not only from the physical massaging of the affected muscles, but also a peace of mind that I finally could get to understand what was causing my discomfort, and more importantly, gaining the insight and understanding of the issue and how to counter the complaint with appropriate targeted exercises that I could immediately implement at home. From the initial exercises and later the more challenging ones, I could gradually feel the positive impact that these were having on my overall health and well being. I went to get treatment a few months ago for a bad injury and severe Shoulder pain. I can say after Lucas has been treating me I feel 100% better and the pain has decreased and almost gone. I've been dealing with back issues for several years and have seen multiple specialists, including physiotherapists, chiropractors, and various osteopaths. Unfortunately, none of them were able to help me, and in many cases, I was left in more pain afterward. However, from the very first time I saw David about nine months ago, I noticed a significant difference. David is exceptionally articulate, and he takes the time to explain what he is going to do before he does it. Fantastic experience: I was in middle of a treatment session with my Osteo (Colette Humphrey) at Evans Osteopaths in Hastings this morning when a sizeable earthquake struck near Porangahau. We could feel it solidly shaking the building for well over a minute, quickly followed by a solid after-shock. Colette is one of the best people to be with during such an event. She is just so very practical, calm & reassuring - not to mention downright hilarious! Her Osteo skills are amazing too
