Fantastic experience: I've first came to see the team at Focus physio 4/5 years ago i am always amazed by how not just focusing on the injury but also the Cause, with their wide range of knowledge and understanding not only deliver the desired outcomes but also provided me with knowledge and exercises to help recover faster and prevention from happening again. Keep up the great work ????

Fantastic experience: Alyssa is the best! Both as a person and a physiotherapist. I went to see her weekly for about 3 months on my wrist injury and sometime with more problems, but she has never hesitated to take a look and give advice. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Alyssa Brooks was of great help for a knee injury. I appreciated her methodical approach as we worked through the potential causes of my pain and remedies. She was able to provide some immediate relief and gave me exercises and guidance to take home. I would definitely see her again should I need to.

Fantastic experience: Visited Alysia at Focus Physio for a lower back strain. Very thorough and had me fixed in no time, great follow-up and set me up with exercises to maintain my back and general fitness. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I saw Josh for a disc injury for the better part of a year and I cannot recommend a better physio, he is professional, kind and tailors his treatment specifically to what is manageable for you as a client. I only stopped due to moving away otherwise I would have stayed with him as long as I could. A fantastic practice all round.
