We offer hands-on manual therapy Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, making it easy to access treatments and re-book your appointments. Our range of additional services includes manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, pilates, massage, gym-based rehabilitation, and functional movement pattern analysis.

As a sports injury clinic, we are dedicated to diagnosing, educating, and treating the Nelson community. Our facility features a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, Pilates equipment, multiple professional treatment rooms, and plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience at The Physio Institute ! Warm and friendly welcoming at the reception. The physio was on time for the appointment, the professional was very knowledgeable, and the fee pretty low compared to other local places. Highly recommend it !

Fantastic experience: Rebecca you are a God, I can not thank you enough for what you did for me, your love for your job and the care I got from you was above any Physio treatment I have ever received, in fact if it wasn't for you I would not be in the place I am today.
