Fantastic experience: I started going to Proactive Chiropractic Care due to the awful pain I was experiencing in my face and jaw. Not long after seeing Jordan, the pain completely disappeared, which has been life-changing. The ladies at reception are always friendly and welcoming, creating a positive experience from the moment you walk in. I regularly see Jordan, who has provided exceptional care, but I have also seen other chiropractors there on occasion. Every practitioner I've met has been friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I couldn't recommend this practice highly enough. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with Lupus 4 years ago and it has been a real battle and I gained a lot of weight with the Prednisone meds. I finally weaned off Prednisone in Dec25, and been on a health journey with losing weight and getting my spine aligned at Proactive. After many years of being in pain, I finally am starting to feel like a person again, and can lift my left arm above my head, sleeping better, less pain, better breathing and lung function and can get out of a bathtub like a normal person. Fantastic experience: I approached Proactive because I felt I was struggling to stand up straight and starting to look hunchbacked like my elderly father. I also had extreme pain in my upper back which was turning me off going for a walk. After 3 months of treatment I am standing up straight and have no pain on my walks and generally moving more easily. A great side effect is that my long time constipation is pretty much resolved! Matt and all the Chiropractors are brilliant at explaining and supporting you through the treatment and the Reception ladies are always smiling and welcoming and encouraging. I was once someone who suffered from daily headaches and often debilitating migraines that caused sensitivity to light and extreme nausea and could last days at a time. Since starting my care at Proactive I no longer suffer daily headaches, my migraines are very few and far between and alot less intense! Which has helped improve my every day life, sleep and mood. Negative experience: expensive and pushy sales tactics, was trying to have me return several times per week for adjustments. when told I cant afford that they push the 'Buy 10 up front to save' (the savings was neglectable and could not be used along ACC) No adjustments made on the first appointment, then only a 2 minor adjustments made on following appointments.

Negative experience: I was somewhat disappointed with my experience. The initial process felt more like a sales pitch. I would have appreciated being informed in advance that treatment would not begin until the third appointment (or later), especially before paying for the first session. That said, the staff were friendly and the facilities are of a high standard.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a cervical herniated disc since my 20s and have been to several chiropractic clinics over the years. What makes this clinic special is that they don’t just treat the area that hurts—they provide total care each time, adjusting my neck, back, and lower back. Along with the adjustments, they also give me advice that fits my lifestyle. For example, since I suffer from hay fever, they recommended supplements that help with it. Also I spend long hours sitting for office work and helping my children study, they also suggested a special cushion for my chair. The chiropractors here always put their patients first. The reception staff are also incredibly kind and greet everyone with warm smiles. Their encouraging words are truly an oasis for my heart. It’s hard to change my lifestyle with long working hours and supporting my kids, so physical pain is inevitable. But with regular maintenance here, my body feels so much lighter, and my sleep quality has greatly improved—my overall quality of life has changed for the better. Now, my daughters also receive care here. Thanks to that, their neck and back pain from long study sessions have eased, and they’re able to sleep soundly at night. I used to get horrible headaches all the time and was constantly sick but after coming here I barely every get headaches or sickness anymore (and i'm an ECE teacher so that's unheard of!) The staff are also so lovely and approachable and I have had such a pleasent experience there. Fantastic experience: Pregnancy, Postpartum and Child review: After having my second baby and struggling with lingering pain from pregnancy, I decided to try Chiropractic care. At the same time, my newborn was having an issue turning his head. Dr Thomas and Dr Emma both exceeded my expectations, educating me on how our sessions are helping to improve the issues we were facing as well as other ways our nervous systems could be impacting our daily lives. I started taking both of my boys in and they both look forward to their adjustments. Chiropractic care has been an investment both financially and time-wise for our family, however, we have seen and felt the benefits that being consistent has given us. The pain I felt has significantly decreased and I’ve found my general health, sleep and motivation has improved as a result. My only regret is suffering through the pain in pregnancy and not going in sooner! I also just wanted to add quickly that the ladies at the front desk go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable coming into the clinic, from a friendly chat with a tired mum to making sure there’s toys for the kids. Fantastic experience: I struggled with digestive issues for many years, since taking part in Pro Actives Chiropractic care, I have had very little issues and a lot more fixes! I was very skeptical to start and couldn't understand how my nervous system would be effecting my digestive issues - how wrong I was! Buying 100s of supplements are a thing of the past and now my regular appointments keeps me in check. I cannot recommend the Pro Active team more! Not only that but I have more energy and my body is not working harder than it needs too. Personally, I did not trust myself to stick to the intensive programme, but the results came fast and it became addictive!

Fantastic experience: My back gave out on me just over a year ago after I had 750 bales of hay to shift before the rain. My Dr poo pood seeing a chiropractor and prescribed pain meds to help while I hobbled around the place. Even though I was skeptical I decided after a week of barely being able to do much to give it a go. At the beginning I had an x-ray of my back which clearly showed how un aligned my spin was. I started to get results within the first week, then each month I felt more better than ever. I know this sounds crazy but my endometrioses pain went away, I slept better and no longer have headaches as often. Oh and gotten used to no being able to turn my neck all the way to look over my shoulders! Then fast forward a year later and I am doing full days in the garden run around after my border collies and just doing so much better and I have full range of my neck !! The last x-ray showed dramatically how my spin has realigned. Absolutely loves these guys, they do amazing work :-)

My 12th year old Daughter who has sciolosis, have improves in many levels in her general well being. Her writing skills in school has gotten better & recently been awarded with the Pen License. Fantastic experience: I'd been having recurring back pain following a fall some years ago. I'd visited numerous chiropractors at the time, but none of them really helped. Last year, after a particularly painful flare-up, I decided to visit Proactive Chiropractic in Rolleston feeling that I had nothing to lose, although I was skeptical. The highly professional team at Proactive carried out a detailed examination including x-rays and scans, and identified various issues with my spine. Tom came up with a personalised treatment plan and the adjustments began. 4 months on, I've noticed significant reduction in my back pain, I have greater flexibility and much improved posture. They have provided me with exercises to manage my back health and strength long term, which has helped me at work as well as on the golf course. My experience has been brilliant, I had given up being able to move my head to the right more than about 15 degrees, but I can now move it nearer to 80 degrees. The result… arthritis flare ups have drastically decreased, her spine is re-aligned so she can run and walk properly, immunity has increased and she only gets the normal childhood cold n flus without them turning into hospital visits, handwriting has gone from illegible to legible and in the lines! Fantastic experience: Chiropractic care was never my first option, but it should have been. I've been working with Dr Matt at Proactive for 4 months now and the results have been beyond believable. I had been suffering with intermittent back pain for 3-4 years and was at the point of struggling to get in and out of my vehicle. Being in my mid 20's this was highly concerning. The team at Proactive Chiropractic explained their care plans to me in full detail, explained the underlying issues that were causing the symptoms to appear, and have been encouraging me and supporting me to reach optimal health, as opposed to just addressing the symptoms. They also take measurements pre, mid, and post initial care which really display the change over time. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Proactive Chiropractor through a free assessment I received from the gym. Initially, I was very skeptical about the appointment. After attending, they recommended a full spinal assessment, which made me even more apprehensive. I had heard many horror stories about chiropractic care and wasn't sure if I wanted to continue the treatment. However, Serena explained the process thoroughly and understood my anxiety about being there. Her caring nature and passion to help me settled my nerves a lot. Fast forward 12 weeks of care, and the experience has been life-changing. Many of my other issues have been resolved: my headaches have almost completely disappeared, my hips have much more movement, and my overall sleep quality has improved, just to name a few. I can't recommend this enough. GPs should collaborate with proactive care providers and promote the benefits of these small adjustments for overall health. I did not expect the level of detailed analysis at the initial appointment and appreciated the explanation of this in easily understandable language. Had some issues building up in my neck making it seize up every now and again, headaches etc. Serena sorted me a care plan, involving adjustments and moving exercises to fix the problems instead of temporarily fixing the symptoms. Fantastic experience: Our son has had issues with pooing since he was a newborn, and by the time he was 15 months old, he was on two different daily laxatives (max dose for his weight). I had repeatedly taken him to the doctor as I was concerned something was wrong, and believed it was more of a “mechanical” issue, rather than needing a laxative. He would strain and strain, and could go a week or so without pooing (although he would try poo up to 15 times a day!) When Serena said she could help our son from a chiropractic perspective, I was sceptical, but we had instant results! Our son now goes toilet with no distress, and we are weaning off the laxatives. We are so pleased with the results, it has been truly life changing for us and our son.

Fantastic experience: The dream experience! I had enquired to visit Proactive Chiropractic through the website having struggled to get into town to visit a chiropractor. I'd had only been to one prior about three times and had only resorted to chiropractic care as I had developed "a click" that just wouldn't budge, in my thoracic vertebrae. My prior chiropractor hadn't really got the "click" on the last two visits and living in Rolleston, Proactive seemed like a good option. I received prompt email contact, followed by a request to complete a pre-treatment form (this works for me as when going to appointments I don't typically allocate the time to fill out). Upon arrival and throughout my treatment thus far, I have enjoyed the best experience of treatment. Not only did Matt and the team do tests / and scan they have treated me with exceptional customer service. I was genuinely hoping to just get a click where I needed it most, and then use them again for when it came back. Instead, I got a treatment plan, and being open minded, and reassured with the way Matt and the team conducted themselves - thought why not give it a go. After six weeks, I have enjoyed an incredible experience and results. Fantastic experience: I have now been going to Serena at Proactive Chiropractic Care for 4 weeks after an injury to my arm which left me with little movement. Serena worked with getting my whole body aligned not just focusing on the injured area. After 2-3 sessions I gained the majority of movement back and am amzed at how quickly my body has healed. He ran one of the busiest chiropractic practice in Europe and has trained and mentored many of our top chiropractors. He was also responsible for overseeing the more challenging cases in Rotterdam and consulting on other cases across the other practices. Fantastic experience: I was in a bad way when a friend suggested seeing Matt. I experienced neck pain, causing migraines and really affecting my day-to-day functions. Matt was very helpful and explained his plan of action. 5 weeks down the road and my neck is great. We have already moved on to correct other posture issues I have been struggling with and I can only say thanks for the work he is doing with me.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I Find him to be friendly , Welcoming and Speaks the Language we all can understand (Especially myself ) To soon to give a full feed back but did feel an INCREASE In Manuverbality. I took my son to Matt as well . Since after meeting with my Plunkett the other day,I was told by her that my boy has some tension in his neck, ( since he favored the right side more than the left side ), so my Plunkett told me to have him sleep on the left side and feed , play etc (basically to make his neck have more movement than just the one side) and I personally was abit worried since it would've been 2 weeks since the last time he had a Dirty Diaper. So by trying to get his neck more movement and worrying when he will have a dirty Diaper , I decide to take him to proactive Chiropractic Care to Matt to help me with his tension in his neck. With that in mind I took him and Matt explained to me everything he was going to do to my boy and matt honestly took % good care of my boy. I could immediately see the difference afterwards how my boy could turn his neck with out any tensions as well as he had a Dirty Diaper for 2 days and over all a happy boy. We don't see a reason to not Continue using his service.
