Fantastic experience: I saw Anna at Selwyn Chiropractor not for an injury, but to help with emotional dysregulation and feeling constantly on edge. My tolerance was low, I was reactive to my child’s behaviour, and I didn’t feel like myself. I couldn’t physically feel how tight my nervous system was, but I knew something wasn’t right. After my cranial sacral treatment and adjustment, I felt the calmest I had felt in a long time. The biggest change came in the days after — I wasn’t reacting to challenges, I was calmer with my child, less frustrated at work, and able to respond instead of react. I truly feel like myself again. If you’re feeling wound up, short‑fused or overwhelmed, I highly recommend seeing Anna. That one adjustment made me realise I’m not struggling as a parent — my nervous system just needed support.

Fantastic experience: 6 weeks ago I developed sciatic pain from my lower back through my hip and knee down to my ankle. For several days I could not sit or lie down for any more than 30 minutes due to the pain. After one session with Anna the pain was much less and after another week I was back to normal. Anna’s knowledge in diagnosing the source of the issue/injury is excellent, and has a great holistic approach to body health and wellbeing. I also really appreciate how Anna uses the adjustment tool as I find it a lot more gentle and enjoyable than the typical way I have been adjusted before meeting Anna. I only wish I lived closer than 2+ hours away so I could come more often as my career and lifestyle dictate I need a chiropractor on the semi regular basis.
