Fantastic experience: I have only been a patient of Dr Shelley's for about 4 weeks now and the improvement is significant! On my first visit with back pain and limited mobility from a recent fall, Shelley listened, assessed, asked questions and did some gentle adjustments and I came away with significantly less pain and much more mobile than when I arrived. She also organised X-rays to see any skeletal issues I have, and we are now working on addressing these issues. I am now pain free and we're working on the other problem areas identified from our first visit Shelley's chiropractic approach is a huge plus as her techniques are gentle but very much effective. Fantastic experience: Very thorough during the consultation ensuring I fully understand her clinical diagnosis which were actually quite accurate to my symptoms. Went in with shoulder pain enabling me to sleep. After the first appointment I slept like a baby without waking up. A hip irritation was highlighted also that I hadn't realized before. Went back for a second appointment and excellent again. Drove 3 hours just to see Shelley. Wish I lived closer to complete my treatment plan :( will definitely call in whenever I travel past. Fantastic experience: Shelley is amazing! Oh goodness, I felt immediate relief after our first appt when I left her office and was driving home. I probably didn't realise it but there must have been tension around my neck and head area for a long period of time and I just thought it was normal. Once I was adjusted, I noticed straight away that the pain was gone. I have been treated for headaches and migraines all my life using different specialists and doctors but the relief has only ever been temporary or not quite hit the exact spot for the pain. Fantastic experience: April 2025 - I'm so happy that Shelley, Feelgood Chiropractic, has moved to Hamilton. I had Covid in November last year and took several weeks to recover. Fantastic experience: I had a recent injury to my neck/shoulders and was in immense pain. Shelley organized an appointment within hours of me calling her and sorted out ACC coverage for me. Within three sessions I felt like a new person. We kept some sesaions up after to ensure i was fully healed. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and the treatment was totally pain free. Fantastic experience: I was a bit apprehensive going to a chiropractor as I had never been to one before, but the moment I stepped in the door, Shelley was great and put me at ease. Fantastic experience: Over the years I have been to afew chiropractors ranging from one off adjustments to months of therapy, yet none of them have helped my back pain like Shelly. I'll admit when i first walked in i was skeptical but after the very first session where Shelly not only gave me a minor adjustment she listened to my back story and how i came to be in the situation i was in and then explained in great detail what she would do to help me, my pain went from a 9 down to 4-5. I have now been to three sessions and have very minimal pain. I rarely write reviews but i would highly recommend seeing Shelly if you are thinking of going to a chiropractor. Fantastic experience: Shelley is an amazing chiropractor, very friendly and easily explains the reasons of the pain, what causes it and how it can be fixed. She helped me with my locked up back. On top of that with her holistic approach she helped me to get rid of decades long pain in my lower back. In all those years I tried many things but nothing helped until now. She also helped me to lowered my anxieties from stress to minimum, my body deals with stress much better now and she also minimized the amount of migraines I am getting. I could feel the difference straight away after the first session and within a month I felt like a new person. Definitely recommend her treatment as she made a miracles with me!!
