Fantastic experience: Jarom has been a lifesaver for my knee issues. He identified that the issue went beyond solely my right knee, highlighting how much my feet were affecting my whole posterior chain and gait. These last couple of months he's helped me to realign everything through a series of exercises, tools, posture corrections and tension releases. I can now exercise without pain and more efficiently than before! 100% recommend to anyone with pain during exercise.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, friendly service. Very knowledgeable and personally I felt very quick results. I had quite a bad shoulder issue with a lot of pain and poor range of movement. The first session sqe my pain reduced and within a few weeks it had cleared up. I come here for any physical issues as the treatments work well and aren't just about spinal realignment, there is a muscle release side of things which I haven't experienced with previous chiropractors. It is very effective, the alignments are always gentle and the technical side is always explained in an easy way for me to understand. With exercises to do at home and assistance to improve the way I move at work and home. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic experience: Sport n Spine is the best. Jarmon isn't just a chiropractor; he's like a physio, a chiro, and an osteo all rolled into one! I'm sporty, but also delicate, so I get injuries. I've gone to him on and off for more that 5 years now. He's sorted out normal neck and back things, but also groins pull, ankle sprain, and actually taught me to walk differently so my Achilles tendons don't hurt any more!
