Fantastic experience: Tyler is so kind and welcoming! She always checks in that every part of the treatment is going okay and manageable for you . Really genuinely cares about her clients progress and recovery and always so encouraging to keep in touch or reach out if you need anything.

Positive experience: Just confirmed for me that I have little faith in physiotherapy unfortunately. Massage works much better.

Fantastic experience: I presented to BIA Physio with acute lower back pain unresolved after a week following a misadventure with a ladder. The ladder won. The Physio Tyler was immediately able to assess the injury and mapped-out a treatment plan. Dry-needling was explained and she expertly performed the treatment. The outcome was like ringing a bell, with an almost immediate relaxation of the muscle under tension. I’d thoroughly recommend this practice, with their superb staff and engaging personnel. Ten out of ten.

Fantastic experience: Leanna and the team at BIA are dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and totally invested in getting their clients back to their full potential. From sporting injuries to “a sign of age injuries” BIA is my absolute first choice and I would recommend them time and time again without doubt.

Negative experience: I visited Back in Action seeking relief from leg pain, but unfortunately, I didn't experience the level of relief I was hoping for. Despite their efforts, my pain persists, and I'm still struggling to find a solution. I had expected more effective treatment, but sadly, I didn't see significant improvement.

My initial consultation was with Leanna and prognosis was frozen shoulder after a couple of sessions with Leanna and a couple with Emily I have my shoulder back and working. Each week is more range of motion and less pain. Fantastic experience: The girls have been great at fixing me up and getting me back surfing. I had long time issues with my shoulder and knee, which through physio and exercises the girls have shown me, I have been able to get back into the water and surfing again. Highly recommend.

Sarah treated me first with excellent diagnosis, treatment and follow up and I was 'back in action' in a short space of time after we hit a pot hole in the car and 'crunched' my neck and shoulders. Then after a fall Leanna looked after me and was totally professional, caring and accommodating even taking time to come to my gym to help me with the appropriate exercises. My issue was complex and required a full range of treatment options and appreciated the lengths Leanna went to to easee my pain. My son has also had ongoing back issues as a builder and she continues to monitor his progress through regular checks and treatment. If you are looking for a great physio try BIA they are awesome
