I have been attending his clinic for many years and can say in all honesty that I could not maintain my fitness regime without his treatments. He has helped me through hip replacement, tennis elbow and other injuries. His caring, empathetic and personalised approach to clients along with his encouragement to keep an active lifestyle is appreciated immeasurably.

Fantastic experience: Kaspara really listens to my needs and concerns and adapts each treatment to suit me. I always leave feeling more comfortable and at ease in my body. He is helping me work towards my goal of having a flexible, relaxed and pain-free neck and upper back, and he always thinks carefully about the best way to support this. I also once came to him with tennis elbow. He treated that as well and showed me how to strap my arm with kinesiotape, which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Kaspara. He is attentive, thoughtful and genuinely committed to helping his clients feel better.

Fantastic experience: Having had a lot of back problems for some time Kaspara was recommended by word of mouth as being someone who might be able to help me. I can say that as a result of the treatment that I have received over the last six months and the exercises that I now undertake at home and the gym that I no longer have the issues that were really causing me the grief initially. Great result and most of all a huge learning curve with adjustment of posture with the back spasms largely eliminated.

Fantastic experience: I went to Kaspara recently with a sore neck. I had treatment elsewhere but had little success. After just one visit he said he had me 80% right, he was bang on. I went back a second time and I was then 100%. He is very invested in your issues and offers a very caring, compassionate and professional approach. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kaspara twice for an unexplained head and neck pain that arose suddenly. I was honestly surprised that the two sessions I had with him completely resolved the issue, as I'd never been to an osteopath and didn't know what to expect. I'm so grateful not to be in pain anymore. I experienced him to be a very communicative and intuitive practitioner, who is both gentle but able to really put the pressure where needed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while getting the treatments, and would highly recommend Kaspara for any sort of osteopathic work.

I always feel incredibly relaxed and trusting during my visits largely because of the safe atmosphere he creates. I have had lower back pain for as long as I can remember and have visited multiple specialists and chiropractors, but he was the first to point out that this was because of my lacking core strength.
