Family Physio - Papamoa

Fantastic experience: I first saw Nicole last October when I was at my absolute worst physically, and with her guidance I’ve been making steady progress ever since. She gives me very specific exercises, sometimes changing them weekly depending on how my body responds and how I’m feeling at the next appointment. My treatment is tailored specifically to me and carefully documented, never missing a single bit. Nicole is an incredible listener. She hears what’s said, and also what isn’t. She is completely non-judgmental, never pushy, and has a wonderful way of making you feel as though she has all the time in the world for you. One of the things I appreciate most is her optimism. She genuinely believes she can help, and that confidence has given me hope on days when I’ve struggled. She often shares relevant experiences from her own athletic background and her clinical experience, which helps me better understand the recovery process and reminds me that progress is possible. She also knows when another perspective would be beneficial and has referred me to other specialists to support me through the stage of life I’m currently in. I really value that holistic approach and her willingness to make sure I’m getting the best possible care. As an athlete herself, she’s both inspiring and compassionate. She celebrates every little win with me, which has made such a difference to my confidence and recovery. The entire team, including reception, is genuinely warm and welcoming. I’ve even found myself wanting to join their strength training classes because they feel so safe and supportive. Everything is carefully supervised by specialised physiotherapy staff who understand my strengths and limitations. I would encourage every woman to book an appointment. I genuinely feel like I’m getting my life back, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I am receiving.

Fantastic experience: I went to Family Physio Papamoa for the first time today. I was able to book this morning and see Kate this afternoon. From walking into the reception - I was warmly welcomed, to seeing Kate (on time) I was so impressed with the thorough caring consult to the treatment (amazing I could’ve stayed all day) to the exercises and strapping. Very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend Family Physio.

Fantastic experience: Family Physio are fantastic! Their consults for injuries are thorough and professional, and their unique strength training program has been a game-changer for me. I'm doing rehab for an arthritic knee and a shoulder injury as well as trying to get in shape, and the team have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Fantastic experience: This clinic very much has a family atmosphere, and the staff clinic are very welcoming and helpful. I would also fully recommend Kate, she is very knowledgeable and kind. She has helped me greatly with a back injury. She seems to find the relief through her healing hands, finding the right spots to massage. Calmly guiding any tight pain right on out. She was also very reassuring on the healing journey. And the excercises she showed me helped with the road to recovery. Thankyou Kate!

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Family Physio when they began their strength training classes 6 weeks ago. This was all new to me but has been the best decision for my own health and fitness goals. With a back injury it was imortant to have expert advice with getting correct movements and posture. I love coming to class every morning, the physio team are so welcoming, adapting any workout to suit my body’s needs and provide great support to reach goals. The results have been amazing and something I never saw in another gym environment. I also book in when needing a one on one consult for an injury and recieve 5 star service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and continue to reccomend them to others in the Papamoa community!

Fantastic experience: Family Physio is a super supportive group training gym that offers tailored classes run by trained Physiotherapists who ensure your form or technical level and ability are adjusted to your goals. Friendly and approachable team with the bonus of being able to take baby along has made getting back into exercise a great experience!

She's creative, can adapt exercises to make them work for you, and is dedicated to making a big difference in her clients' lives. We're seeing some good results so far, and I'm hoping for even more.

I'm a person that gets very impatient with injuries and try to do things to soon but with the stretches that I was given and the treatment Anton did on my back I was still able to work aswell as recover to 100% very happy with his help thanks again Anton

Fantastic experience: Years of dodgy ankles, sports injuries, dicky shoulders.... PhysioFamily easily the best clinic I've been to through it all. Very thorough, not afraid to try whatever it takes to get the body working properly again. Plus Anton is an incredibly personable guy. Easy to chat with, listens carefully to what's up and most importantly is genuine. Both my wife and I couldn't be happier to have Anton as our physio.

Fantastic experience: I've been having Physiotherapy at various Physiotherapy practices since 2011 due to a Parkinsons diagnosis. At the beginning of this year I joined the PhysioFamily at Papamoa with Anton, this has proved to be the best move I've made. Apart from his knowledge of all things Parkinsons and it's affects, his genuine care and empathy EVERY time I'm there is what makes Physiofamily stand out from the rest. Fantastic experience: After several years of back muscle spasms following a neck operation I was advised by the neurosurgeon to get some physiotherapy hoping it might help. Enter Anton from Family Physio and the change he has been able to achieve is really dramatic. This is a great practice, very friendly, local and most of all results orientated. I would highly recommend .
