Fantastic experience: I saw Nina Hu to help with some lower back pain she completely explained every step of the process and used her knowledge with Osteopath and Acupuncture to help relieve and fix my back pain. I highly recommend going if you have tried other methods to help your injuries previously I went to a chiropractor and found that acupuncture has helped more than doing stretches. Overall the staff are friendly, on time. well priced and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great that my fractured disc of L5 that was causesing very sharp pain, that i favour lying on my right side during every night. Apon getting outter bed was in agony too had to move very slowly and in a certain way to not aggravate the pain even more. Overall I'm pain free, sometimes the pain returns if do alot of ground work lifting these days which is normal to most. 4 sessions of acupuncture with Nina helped me the most, a massive thankyou much appreciate the amazing pain free results in my on going long recovery journey

Fantastic experience: Nina is truly exceptional. Prior to meeting her, I had experienced the combination of osteopathy and acupuncture. As someone who is hypermobile and prone to injuries mores following pregnancy, my body often feels misaligned. I suffered a mild hip injury that another practitioner dismissed as something I would have to tolerate. However, my husband, who had experienced a hand injury, recommended I consult Nina. The results have been remarkable; I have experienced a significant reduction in pain and an increased range of motion. Since that initial injury, I have returned to her for another, and the outcomes have consistently been positive. Her expertise is impressive, and my appointments are remarkably peaceful. I never anticipated that an osteopath visit could be relaxing, effective, and efficient, yet she embodies all of these qualities.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic for treatment of my chronic shoulder pain. During my appointment, I received acupuncture followed by cupping on the same shoulder. After this session, my pain increased severely and the area became hot and inflamed. I could not sleep properly or move my arm without strong pain afterward. I was not told that this could happen or given clear aftercare advice. When I tried to seek help later, I didn’t feel supported or properly guided about what to do next. I’m sharing this so that others with similar shoulder problems can be cautious and ask detailed questions before having acupuncture or cupping. I hope the clinic reviews its procedures and patient follow-up so no one else has to experience this kind of pain.

Fantastic experience: After struggling with back pain for the last few years, I said I would try accupuncture as I had already tried everything else. I wasn't convinced it would work but wow! When I have a flare up, even after one session, I feel about 50% better. Nina is amazing at diagnosing the problems and explaining them to you - it feels great going to someone so knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with patellar tendinitis in my left knee and had tried various local physiotherapy and rehab treatments, but none of them brought significant improvement. Upon a friend’s recommendation, I decided to visit this clinic. After a brief consultation with Dr. Nina, she quickly understood my condition. Amazingly, after just one treatment session, I felt more than 30% improvement in my knee. Following her advice, I rested for about a week and returned for a second session. It’s now been another week, and I feel like my knee has recovered about 95%. It’s truly incredible—I believe I’ll be able to return to full activity within another week. I’m extremely grateful to Dr. Nina for her precise diagnosis and professional technique. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Nina was recommended to me by my nutritionist Jane Syme who picked up on the fact that I had a painful issue with my neck. In the year that my neck has been giving me problems, to the extent that whilst on holiday I had to get out of the car I had hired to see what was behind me before I could reverse, I had been seeing an Osteo, a Physio, and been having monthly massages. Nina is an absolute miracle worker, during my first session with her she had my neck turning to a point that it hadn't been in over a year, and without pain. My neck and the muscles in my back are much more relaxed now, which is something I thought would never happen. I look forward to my sessions with Nina as she is a fantastic acupuncturist, and is also a very caring, kind, and generous person.
