Tim, the office manager is a treasure – so kind and obliging – and with the gift of the gab; the osteopaths are professional, experienced, and exhibit a soothing energy. They are commonly booked out weeks in advance, so it can be tricky to land an appointment. Could not recommend more.

Hence want to thoroughly recommended this practice I miss going as they are so good, but have been so well managed I don't need to! Cashmere Osteo is worth it weight in gold !

Gave me so many options for rehabilitation after a leg injury. Then followed up and helped me get back on my feet. Fantastic experience: Amazing team here at Cashmere Osteo. I have been seeing Anina for headache and neck treatment. After years and thousands of dollas spent on other treatments focusing on my neck as the problem, Anina has suggested that it may all be coming from my jaw. First Osteo treatment focusing on my jaw and I am instantly feeling so much better. My constant tennsion headach has improved so much. He can quickly understand my concerns and gently massages and stretches to relieve my aches and pains. Tim, is also fantastic - he is friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Fantastic experience: I found Art when I was struggling to get my then 4 month old to sleep, we had one session and we saw an instant improvement in him. In the 5 years that has followed my entire family and some of my friends all now swear by visiting Art. Honestly if you are struggling with any aches/ pains don’t hesitate. I cannot speak highly enough of Arts treatment, warmth and experience especially for infants and pre/post pregnancy but also for ongoing treatments. He was so lovely - very personable and professional, very knowledgeable, and he did an amazing job! I left the clinic feeling so much lighter, less sore/tense etc, and with some exercises to do at home. I was so happy I went to see him, and would definitely recommend to anyone who's suffering with any aches and pains.
