Fantastic experience: Paying forward my gratitude to Dr Allison at Centered Health for the healing she continually helps me achieve. I've gone from having a lot of blocked emotions that were causing my mind and body a lot of grief, anger and pain at least a year ago, to today, being able to wake up grateful, energised, not in any pain, and more motivated to live and learn. I remember the first healing session, because I was feeling depressed, anxious, but desperate and open-minded for healing of any kind because traditional GPs werent helpful longterm. My knees were both giving me daily pain and my back too. In that first one session, my right knee was completely healed and the left knee was hugely improved, spine too, and the following week was followed by a large wave of emotion able to regulate and flow more naturally; again relieving more discomfort from my left knee and spine. Then recently you reassessed my nutrient needs and recommended the mineral supplement CalmX; after 2 nights of using this product, which not only tastes great but actually works for me, I feel more alive in the mornings than I have done in many years, and of course, zero physical pain anymore due to all the treatments you've facilitated. Due to these miraculous and intentional results and because of how kind and professional Allison and the team at Centered Health are, my family and I feel safe and free in your regular care. Fantastic experience: I have had a few sessions with Amber, and I absolutely loved them. I say all the time 'why did I ever go to so many doctors appointments, when I could of just gone to a kinesiology session'. I felt so heard and seen every session, and feel SO much better. Fantastic experience: Amber, has supported and helped my physical, emotional and mental health for 2years now and I feel amazing. I was feeling helpless after my GP couldn’t tell me the cause of various health issues I was experiencing and a friend recommended Amber to me. This was the best choice I could have made and to have someone understand, listen and explain what’s happening for me and why has been life changing. Fantastic experience: I let the intial cost outlay of a first session put me off for a while, but once I started going to Dr Amber (Dr Allison is also EXCEPTIONAL) there was no price that could be put on what I got from these sessions. I believe central nervous system health and balance is the key to all health/mind/body issues. General Practice Doctors were no help with my 3 chronic health conditions, in fact, I'd say they actually harmed, where as Dr Amber changed my life in the very first session....and helped me create a new life of wellbeing. Kinesiology is not very well known, but it should be. Using our body's own messages and communication is where all wellbeing should begin. No matter what health or body or mind challenge I have...Dr Amber is where I always start. This type of care is the future of human health and happiness. If you feel a nudge make the investment in yourself.....you will wonder how you ever cared about cost, such is the life value you receive.

Fantastic experience: I was given Ambers details by one of my friends in my new parent groups. My son had extreme eczema on his face and head. I went along not know what to expect but was open to anything. Amber ended up treating both my son and myself, his eczema cleared with her treatments without having to use harsh creams on his face. Fantastic experience: I had visited a Kineasiology practitioner for many years and found it extremely beneficial. However, I had stopped going about 10 yrs ago for different reasons. Last year I had extremely bad eczema and a friend asked me if I had thought about Kinesioloogy. They recommended Amber so I booked in to see her. Fantastic experience: I was given Amber's name by a friend who had been helped significantly with health issues. I didn't know anything about the work that Amber and her business partner do but i was keen to try something a little different to enhance the treatment I was already having. While the treatment certainly is different to what is provided by other health professionals , it has worked for me and I haven't looked back. It reinforces the work I do myself around good physical and mental health and it has helped me over the side effects of the medication I already take. Amber is professional and knowledgeable but also kind and caring. I am a convert!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Ambers for the last 8 years. Her knowledge of health and the body is truly amazing and she is my first port of call for any query regarding my health. Amber has supported me through many things including a health crisis and two high risk pregnancies. I absolutely attribute her work and expertise to allowing me to carry my babies to full term. Amber was also the first health professional to get the bottom of a major health event that had several specialists I was seeing at the time, completely baffled. Her ability to pinpoint areas that need work in the body, and then treat those things is truly remarkable. I appreciate her balanced approach, her kind and thoughtful way she has with her patients and the way she can test and prescribe supplementation on the spot, that together with her treatments keeps me feeling my best physically and mentally. I now have two little ones who get treated. Amber and Allison have helped my children with issues like food intolerances, sleeping issues, childhood sickness, skin issues, alignment issues just to name a few things. As a parent I am also so grateful to have them to assist me in the emotional care of my children. Through their treatments they have helped my kids with things like separation anxiety, transitions at pre school and home and I bring them in when I know they are just not themselves. I always see a huge improvement in behaviour after they have been treated, they are much more balanced and settled afterwards. In addition to that, their relaxed and lovely way with children means my kids adore coming in to be treated by them and I trust them implicitly. To say I am grateful to have found Amber and Allison would be a true understatement. Their ability to get to the root cause of what is going on is invaluable. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Amber for many many years. In that time she has helped myself & my children with many health issues as well as maintaining us in a healthy state. My son was suffering from chronic fatigue to the point of not being able to live a full life. Fantastic experience: I was blessed to be recommended to this clinic about 4 years ago. It has been life changing for us! My daughter is now in tune with her own body and emotions, after a mysterious illness the doctors couldn't figure out, and she now knows when she needs Amber or Allison to re-balance. For me Amber has been amazing with many aspects of my health journey. The win over my battle with my depression would be the greatest achievement to date. Fantastic experience: I have been Amber's patient now for 7 years. I am a chronic pain patient and Amber has improved not only my physical symptoms, but my mental wellbeing too. Because Amber treats me holistically, she treats the mental health issues that come with a chronic pain sufferer. I'm now on much less pain medication. I'm no longer fatigued so I'm not having to sleep during the day. I also don't get the dreadful muscle spasms I used to suffer from. Amazingly after each session I feel as though a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders. She is able to clear the "fog" in my head and helps me to work through any struggles or problems I might be having with my family or work life. Amber helps me to find new perspectives on how I might be feeling or behaving, which in turn helps improve my physical pain too. Amber also worked with my child who was suffering from anxiety and depression. He wasn't able to verbalise his feelings, so Amber was able to release the numerous emotions that were coming out in his behaviour and self image. I am indebted to Amber for completely changing my life. I hope to be Amber's patient for many years to come.
