Fantastic experience: My main symptom was back pain. With pain, the body tilted to the left, making it difficult to walk and extend. During the visit, Alex(acupuncturist) kindly and meticulously observed and promoted symptoms while trying to find a painful area. Acupuncture was the main treatment, but he also provided other treatments such as hand massage and cuffing, which helped improve pain and symptoms a lot.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amy Postpartum Dr Amy helped so much with my recovery. I saw her when I was about 3 months postpartum so I was a-bit worried it was too late for me. I had trouble walking, getting up and finding positions to sleep in without getting a shock through the bottom of my spine to my legs. The pain was terrible it was so hard to do anything. Dr Amy was super attentive to my pain tolerance and sensitivity. She was able to treat me at a pace I was able to handle as I hadn’t been able to walk or strengthen my lower body for a while because of the shooting pains that kept me from moving. She was also able to adjust/straighten my hips as they became uneven during pregnancy. Saw her twice a week and followed exercises she had given me. She also helped with the pain in my shoulder/neck from breastfeeding. I felt so much relief every time i went in. She also gave very good advice for future care. I can sleep so much better now on my back & sides. I’m able to walk evenly without limping because of pain and can get up without aching in my lower tailbone. I still have to continue the exercise she had given me because I have yet to find a great chiropractor like her in the U.S. I recommend seeing her. She’s lovely and takes the time to care for your body. I am now 5 months in recovery and don’t think I would have been able to move the way I am without her care. Thank you Dr Amy

Fantastic experience: Few weeks ago I was accidentally injured my lower back badly, one of my friend suggested to come to see the Chinese medicine doctor Angel and I came here to tested the magaical healing skills from the Acupuncture. Massage cupping and needling from Dr Angel, I can't believe that only one treatment from her to helped me reducing so much my lowe back pain. Fantastic experience: As someone who has had their trust broken by health practitioners in the past and paid through the nose for treatments that have not helped, I wholeheartedly endorse ChrioMotion and Angel. I had my first appointment with Angel at Chiromotion on Friday. Best decision ever. The amount of treatments that Angel packed into my appointment (massage, sliding cupping, accupucture, education) was unreal. On top of that everything she did was effective. The massage was on point and targeted very gently with appropriate pressure all my specific sore muscles from a severe back injury. She then did sliding cupping and targeted without needing to ask the exact areas that were affected by the spine trauma, and then the acupuncture. I DEFINITELY experienced di-qi during my needling, and felt everything connecting as it should. I have NEVER had that experience before, even though I have had acupuncture for an accident in the past to support biofeedback. With Angel's treatment, I felt an area that has been numb in my leg for 2 years regain sensation instantly. I cannot recommend enough how brilliant Angel is. 100x gold star recommend. For several months I have been receiving on-going Chriopractic care from Dr Maeve Hayward who has been nothing short of fantastic! Her friendly demeanor makes for a pleasant and rewarding session (especially for those new to visiting a chiropractor) More I recently had an extremely debilitating lower back muscle spasm. On a whim I booked an Acupuncture session with Angel Xu. From being almost unable to stand, Angel worked her magic and took my pain from a solid 8/10 to practically nothing in just 3 sessions ! Angel's warm and truly caring personality is incredible. She offers so much extra with her knowledge of Chinese medicine. Since then she has helped me to manage the pain by adjusting and providing me with some exercises. Fantastic experience: I contacted East Tamaki Chiro needing an urgent appointment due to excruciating pain in my neck and severe migraine in my head as a result. I was given an appointment for shortly after my call and saw Dr Amy. From my appointment, I was relieved of my migraine, and my neck felt so much more relieved. I've been seeing Amy for months now and would highly recommend her. She walks you through the process, explains everything to you, respectful of you and your body as well. I also brought my kids a long and she was so understanding and accomodating. Over and above is very much appreicated. I no longer get migraines any more (yay!) He explains the human anatomy in a very simple language. He explains everything as he does what needs to be done. He is very observant from the time you get up from the couch, he monitors your walk, tension of your shoulders and your general body language.
