She has helped me recover from quite serious injury and given me tools to manage challenges in my life, and has also provided care for members of my extended family. Fantastic experience: I had a spine injury at work a while back and my first Chiropractor was unpleasant and unhelpful, way overpriced too. I stopped going and got an ad for Elias Wellness Center and gave it a go even though it was a bit far for me. Definitely don't regret it. I actually enjoy going to my chiropractor appointments now, I feel heard and well looked after! Dr Kudzai is super attentive, kind and very patient. My back has gotten significantly better over the last few months, work has been easier and just the day to day as well. She's my first port of call for any aches and pains, and I'll often book in for maintenance with her if I feel a niggle coming on. Since seeing Kudzai my posture is so much better, headaches have stopped, allergies have not been a problem, less neck/shoulder pain and I have been jogging on the treadmill at the gym because my lower back is not in pain. She uses the whole time to treat you, its not a 5min adjustment and that's it. Well worth it whether youre on ACC or not. Thank you Kudzai
