Positive experience: I came to Fennel Clinic in a deeply unwell state, dizzy, in pain, emotionally overwhelmed, and barely functioning. From day one, the Spinal Network sessions offered me a kind, safe space to heal, cry, and slowly untangle everything I was carrying. Now, a year later, I’m no longer passing out, the dizzy spells have nearly gone, the pain is manageable, and I feel so much happier and more balanced. Negative experience: I was HOPING FOR some QUICK FIX BONE CRACKING ADJUSTMENTS however, it's a "no quick fixes" its about the "money honey" ringing up the "Bill till" I was told I needed 14 SUBLUXATION SESSIONS?? Where she would SO SOFTLY TOUCH the C7 neck & lower back.L2 & Leave you to lie there for 10-20 mins which was painfully uncomfortable, and a waste of my TIME & $$ I still suffered daily with bad migraines pain in the sacrum, knees ankles & 1 leg longer, sore neck & traps. After 3xs 30 minutes of the TOUCHING TREATMENT I LEFT their koretake bizness. And I GOT THE HEALING BONE ADJUSTMENTS from Craig Aitu YAY MĀMĀ

Fantastic experience: I can’t express how impressed I was being a first timer coming in knowing nothing and leaving feeling as though I knew everything about my issue and why it may have happened. Everyone was so lovely and extremely helpful which eased my nerves. I also cannot recommend Mel enough. Her conversation throughout my appointment was very calming and just walking through with me why she was adjusting certain places really made me feel confident with what she was doing.

Fantastic experience: During a visit to Rotorua NZ, I experienced serious back spasms and pain. I rang Funnell desperate for assistance and they kindly booked me in that day and the following day for a follow-up. During my visits, the front desk staff were extremely welcoming, professional and kind, in particular Toni, Lisa and Gabby. Prior to my arrival, the front desk staff contacted my chiropractor in Australia to obtain the notes about my back. Regarding my chiropractor at Funnell, I highly recommend Josh. I knew straight away I was in good hands. Considering the situation and being a new patient, Josh listened carefully to what happened and decided to take x-rays to ensure there were no serious concerns, then proceeded to align my spine and neck accordingly, with care and precision. Seeing a chiropractor regularly in Australia, I was able to determine Josh is a caring and experienced professional. Further, at the end of my second visit, Josh took the time to find a chiropractor in the next town we were visiting. And, the front desk staff sent all my notes and x-rays to their office. You don't walk out feeling like you've just paid money for a quick 2minute click but takes the time to explain things to you and addresses so many things at once. Reception girls are always so polite and lovely. Recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was getting really bad headaches and back-pains, I found out from my doctor that I needed to see a chiropractor. I was recommended to see Tim so booked an appointment. He shared with me what he does with checking my alignment and ensured I was comfortable and understood what was going with me and how he can help. After the first visit I felt great and the headaches are gone and i feel a lot comfortable from my back pain I will be going back often to ensure my back and neck issues don't return. I would highly recommend seeing Tim he is great

Negative experience: Spent 45 minutes and $189.00 listening to what I mostly already know. This is not Bowen/Chiro combined though it reads as that as one of the services. I'm not the only one who has thought that. Mainly due to cost will continue to suffer severe back pain.

Fantastic experience: Mel and Brad have been amazing! I have gone in for 3 adjustments and already have seen some serious improvements! Including things i didnt even realize were a problem! I woke up for the first time in years pain free! Highly, HIGHLY recommended!!!

Negative experience: Did not much, she charged over 200 dollars at the time. this was including a xray which was super unnecessary as I later went to other chiropractors who did a better job without the need to take a Xray along with a massive time wasting amount of consulting.

Negative experience: I came in in a lot of pain. I have been adjusted many times and I know what needs to be done to instantly relieve my pain. The chiropractor fluffed around with her little adjuster and then refused to do the adjustments that most chiropractors are able to. I explained many times my joints were still out and I was still in pain but she decided she knew better. I left in the same level of pain but $70 poorer. I needed my hip, rib, and neck shifted not someone to hold my head, which is where she spent most of her time. I'm angry that she would presume to know my body more than I do and not help me.
