Fantastic experience: Great work on my bone frame. Friendly and professional
Fantastic experience: Dr. Craig is an absolute gem! I am here traveling from abroad and desperately needed to see a chiropractor for pain in my hip and neck. Dr. Craig gave me an appointment immediately and really took the time to examine me to see what I needed. I felt great when I left his office and wish I was here longer so that I could see him again. If you live in Rotorua then you have lucked out and do not hesitate to make an appointment- your body will thank you!
Fantastic experience: I have realised that treatment for me at my age is not a quick-fix process, given I have suffered long-term with injuries and ageing concerns. Treatment under Craig has improved my mobility and reduced the level of pain that is bearable. He is thorough and has made it clear that this will take time and will probably require monthly maintenance. It's made me rethink my health in a very different way, not banking on quick fixes, so thank him for his honesty to get me to this place.

I’ve been traveling for 6 weeks and was in agony could barely walk and happened to be in Rotorua and stumbled across Axon Chiropractic. It was midday and Craig was able to get me in on the same day. His explanation was super clear and articulate. Had my full trust from minute 1, absolutely superb. Thank you Craig.

Fantastic experience: Went to visit last week to get my lower back adjusted from chopping wood felt really good to get rid of the pain. I’m trying to get my balance back because of an injury I had earlier this year so now getting myself adjusted more often to get back to the balance I want. Definitely recommend Graig. He is friendly and tells you the things you need to know and what he works on. Happily answers your questions as I had none but will answer them if you have any.
Fantastic experience: Absolutely love my sessions at Axon with Craig. Have been coming to him for 4-5 weeks now and can’t stress enough how much more mobile I am after my visits, not to mention how much pain relief I experience. Fantastic experience: I walked in with a stiff neck from a netball injury. For a week I was in pain, sleepless nights and after seeing Craig my neck was free. I felt like crying cause I knew I was going to finally have a good sleep. I would recommend everyone come see Craig esp if you have injuries such an amazing guy thank you so much Craig.
Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Craig at Axon Chiropractic for about 6months now, I noticed a big improvement in shoulder movement after the 1st visit. Only took a few visits to get back to normal movement with my shoulder. The shoulder injury was causing neck pain and headaches, the headaches stopped after the 1st adjustment. Fantastic experience: I worked in Rotorua for 5 ish months as a backpacker, and was so thankful for Dr. Craig and Alysha! They worked with my chaotic work schedule with graciousness, stayed open late one day to see me after a long bout of split shifts, and always tried to connect me with people around NZ to make my year here better. Wonderful chiropractor and CA; they educate you on everything and are a wonderful team that welcomes you and do all they can beyond the direct chiropractic care.

Fantastic experience: Craig is amazing at what he does, not to mention one of the most genuine, nicest people I have ever met. Having seen a couple of other chiropractors previously, I was a little hesitant about even trying another, but I am so glad I did. Craig has helped me massively. I feel able to move more freely, and am physically able to do more also. Craig works with you in figuring out what technique suits you best and communicates with you every step of the way. I happily travel long distance, just so I am able to see him for my chiropractic adjustments. I can't recommend him enough. Alysha, on reception, is also super lovely and friendly. Fantastic experience: I wholeheartedly endorse Craig with a whopping 110%! Prior to today, I had never experienced chiropractic care. Suffering from what I would call at times severe lower back pain for a staggering two years, there were times I couldn't walk or move. Despite failed attempts with doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and massage therapy, I was skeptical that anyone, especially a chiropractor, could alleviate my back issues. After a reassuring conversation with Craig and explaining my issue, we dove right in. He addressed not only my lower back and hip misalignment but also a neglected shoulder issue that's been niggling at me for the past two years also. Soon discovered my shoulder was an old injury, coupled with some major deep tissue pin pointing from my collarbone down to my hand, topped with a lower back/hip misalignment which is a sprain, just a huge game-changer! The transformation is remarkable, and I regret not seeking help sooner!! So uh, no more complaints to my husband LOL, problem solved! If you've been hesitant about seeing a chiropractor, feeling like you've exhausted all options, do yourself a favor and pay a visit to this fella; You'll emerge feeling a hundred times better guaranteed, and the experience comes with good banter and laughter. To those that are on the fence about getting their Tuarā fixed, don't be a pakaru back, irakati. Ngā mihi nui ki a koe anō Craig, kōrua ko Alysha king. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this establishment if your looking for a good chiropractic. Receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr Craig Aitu is very knowledgeable, his adjustments are well done, keying in on problem areas quickly. His manner is very reassuring and calming. Negative experience: Not impressed at all. Drove all the way from Matamata this Monday to try on a pair of Archies jandels. I phoned last Friday and said that I would be there today. Shop is closed I phoned and was just told nobody would be at the shop today. Such a shame.

Fantastic experience: I was getting really bad headaches and I found out from my doctor that I needed to see a chiropractor. I was recommended to see Craig so booked an appointment. He shared with me what he does with checking my alignment and ensured I was comfortable and understood what was going with me and how he can help.
