Tiaki Physio + Pilates

Fantastic experience: I went to Tiaki with extreme shoulder pain. Jeff Dixon was amazing, was thorough in the diagnosis , the treatments and exercises I was given. I am happily pain free and have more ease of mobility than I had after 4 weeks. thanks Tiaki , awesome work!!!

Fantastic experience: Tiaki (IMO) are the best physios in Wellington. Totally professional and really know what they are doing. My knee is on the improve and will hopefully mean I can avoid surgery.

Pilates at Tiaki has completely transformed my body over the last few months- I am stronger than I have been in years and am so much more mindful of how I move (don't even get me started on how much better my posture is!!).
