Fantastic experience: This team is f&@king amazing ????. I can't recommend them enough. Been telling everyone to go see them. After three months at another physio with no end in sight. Cross Physio firstly gave me the hope and confidence that everything would be okay and then spent the time to properly listen, investigate, and understand what was wrong. Within weeks I was back to living without pain. Also really great, humorous, and geneuine chat (the cherry on top to a great service). Thanks Gav and the team at Cross Physio!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely awesome, I've had issues for years and dealt with many other physios but with little to no success. These guys are high-level and set me up well. you won't find a better physio with their level of attention to detail.

Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend Cross physio. Isaac has been supporting me through every step of a rehab journey over the past year (ankle tendons and ligament injury doing sport). He is highly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. I’ve been impressed by the quick diagnostic and great customised rehab programme. Thank you! Location and being able to use the gym in the same building are other pros.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Cross Physio for the best part of a decade. They are very much about the people and cater extremely well to each individuals needs. From injury diagnosis to rehabilitation and a big focus on strength and conditioning along with prehab. They have a wide range of expertise with a number of different sporting codes along with great knowledge of women’s health. I have a huge amount of trust and respect for the team and wouldn’t go anywhere else. With the added bonus of great banter, highly recommend for all of your needs!

Fantastic experience: After years of competitive gymnastics I developed chronic shoulder pain and I lost a lot of strength. The team at cross physio helped me become strong again and pain free and I'm back to training most days of the week. Definitely recommend.
