Fantastic experience: I went to Tiaki with extreme shoulder pain. Jeff Dixon was amazing, was thorough in the diagnosis , the treatments and exercises I was given. I am happily pain free and have more ease of mobility than I had after 4 weeks. thanks Tiaki , awesome work!!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend the team at Tiaki enough. I approached them with a training injury and they quickly diagnosed the problem with immediate results. Jeff is definitely the best physio I have been too and Rachael and Amy are both really helpful and accommodating. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful studio and such attentive instructors! Pilates at Tiaki has completely transformed my body over the last few months- I am stronger than I have been in years and am so much more mindful of how I move (don't even get me started on how much better my posture is!!). Tiaki has transformed my body and mind and I'm so incredibly grateful.
