Refresh Physio

Fantastic experience: Catherine Millar at Refresh Physios is very personable, listened carefully to my take on what was happening with the knee injury and did a thorough examination and did not jump to conclusions. Her exercises were great and she adjusted these throughout and definitely helped me to get better. She was also realistic saying it would take time to heal and that I as a patient needed to do the work to improve. I absolutely recommend Catherine if you have issues that are just not clearing up. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Refresh since tearing a ligament (right through) in 2011. Specialists thought surgery would be required but Refresh thought some rehab might work. Never needed the surgery - the surgeon said he wouldn't likely improve it from where physio had improved it. Still going 13 years later. Catherine looks at mechanism of injury, and options to make gains. No promises or wasted visits. Gold.

Fantastic experience: Catherine consistently provides fantastic challenging classes for her students. What I have found since starting classes four years ago is that I am much more mindful of how I move my body. Pilates improves my strength, flexibility and mental health.
