Fantastic experience: Lucien was amazing. I came in with a sore back and hip from carrying my toddler around while pregnant, and he was able to help loosen my hip significantly! I was a bit nervous with treatment during pregnancy, but Lucien made me feel really comfortable and ensured that I had plenty of support under my belly and knees. Overall the space is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I just had an absolute wonderful treatment with Lucien. My sacrum was very sore for days. The treatment was really helpful, communication was great, all techniques used were just amazing and I felt an instant relief and the pain and my mobility improved right after. Lucien also explained and demonstrated some exercises for me to do to support recovery. I appreciated his explanations , high level of knowledge and warm diminor. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking osteopathy treatment. Looking forward to my next treatment. Thank you!

My shoulders had been super tight and bothering me for a really long time and Lucien provided a treatment that helped so much, eased the tension immediately, alongside some tools, yoga poses and breathing techniques that would help me stay more balanced and lighten the load going forward. Fantastic experience: Over a period of a few weeks I had lost strength in my right arm, my thumb was incredibly painful to the point where I pretty much couldn't use it and I was starting to get nerve sensations down my arm. As a full time massage therapist obviously I panicked! Not only is Julia an incredible practitioner, she also was incredibly reassuring. I don't like strong treatments and Julia was very gentle but highly effective and after a couple of weeks of treatments I am in a much better place and much more confident using my arm. I understand how these treatments work but I still think Julia is a bit of a magician! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have chronic pain that would just get worse. Then I would injure something. I used to go to physios and they would treat the injury and I'd be okay for a while until something else got hurt. Julia is very calm and caring; she can tell where I have pain and often it's not where I thought. She looks at the whole picture. My mobility has improved. I have some resilience now and don't get injured as often or as badly. The chronic pain is much reduced. Without Julia's help, I would probably have had to be in a care home or similar by now. I'm so happy I found her.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Julia for concussion recovery and she's been absolutely amazing. She's super knowledgeable and very friendly/understanding, and did a great job relieving my whiplash and concussion. We often have great chats discussing the treatment she's giving and the body's fundamental structure, which I've found very interesting. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: You certainly are in good hands when you book in with Julia Carle at FRAME Osteopathy. When your best friend happens to be an excellent Osteopath and has treated you for over a decade, its a big deal to search out another Osteo closer to home. FRAME is situated in a beautiful brick building a stone's throw from Little Pom's cafe on the corner of Fitzgerald and Kilmore and is where Julia and her crew do their magic. Suffering from acute sciatica where walking and sitting had suddenly become two of the most painful activities ever invented - it came as welcome relief (deep gratitude) when Julia began treating me. Her palpation and diagnostic skills (as well as intense curiosity) inform her treatments. I am now able to move (do life) again and have much reduced levels of pain. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Julia Carle from FRAME Osteopathy to anyone - in fact I have already recommended two people during this last week alone. PS Her treatment rooms wrap you in beautiful wallpaper and a plethora pot plants.
