Fantastic experience: I have only had two visits so far, but man those two treatments have been awesome. The first one especially gave me instant relief. There are also instructional videos sent that give you a good insight into what chiro is and why regular treatment is important. Going to continue going for sure and sign up my family.

Fantastic experience: Great to recommended to this practice and to feel so much better after taking medication for almost 15 years and now down from 4tablets per day and now taking 1 per day .I was very cautious about the effects of not taking my regular medication ,discussed the treatment with my GP and then started the treatment and now after a few weeks I can do so much more and really feel better I would recommend this practice and treatment as it really helped me

Negative experience: Explained what the problem is about my shoulder and knee. Did completely different, cracked my neck and back. The session was supposed to be 30 minutes but actual work was less than 5 minutes and I felt the work was rushed. I asked if the work he did was going to heal or help at all with the problem I told him. He said that it will and I have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks. It has been more than a month now and nothing happened, my problem continues. I thought that this would be a good experience and it will help with my problem but it was waste of time and money. Better of go to a different chiropractor and pay a little bit more who would actually focus on the problem and does not feel rushed at all.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Henrik at Natura Chiropractic for the past two years and highly recommend him. I work a desk-based job and used to regularly get neck tension and rely on pain relief. Since seeing Henrik, the neck tension is gone and I no longer need pain medication. Fantastic experience: Henrik is absolutely incredible at his job, it’s just a bonus that he’s also an amazing person! I first visited Natura Chiropractic while visiting Christchurch in January 2023. I returned in November 2024, and again today (December 2025). I live in Ireland and since my first experience with Henrik, I have always included Natura in my plans anytime I come to Christchurch. A year has passed with no contact and Henrik recognised me right away when I arrived today, it was such a lovely feeling to know he actually remembers his clients. Those of Christchurch, you are so lucky to have this clinic, he offers to help people at whatever they can afford, ensuring everyone can be helped. It’s so expensive in Ireland(equivalent to NZ$120 per visit, minimum). I would be in much better shape if there were clinics like Henrik’s available. A place that actually wants to help people rather than just make money from them.

Fantastic experience: I stared seeing Dr Henrick based on a friend's recommendation. I was reluctant as I don't like the cracking side of things, however Dr Henrick has been very patient with me, he has offered alternatives to the manual cracking, he explains things so well, you can ask him any questions without feeling stupid. You can tell how much Dr Henrick cares for his patients with a holistic approach. I would highly recommend Dr Henrick :)

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from lower back pain for over 12 years now and I never expected that it would improve. I had settled with the fact that this is my body and what I have to get used to now. However after getting chiropractic care from Natura, I have significantly less pain and don't flare as severely any more. I also love that I never have to re introduce myself and Dr Henrik always remembers who I am.

Fantastic experience: After many years of complications with a few things and being VIP at doctors to get medication that was only a short term fix and cost a fortune I went to Natura Chiropractic to have my spine checked ( not back, Spine) yes there is a difference The young man from this place made me understand why it's so important to look after your spine and how it connects with everything. I was hesitant at first, but i did my research, watched his video which gives you a break down about your spine and more. (You must watch) So what I'm trying to say, if you have pain, headaches or other issues, go and have your spine checked. Healthy spine ( nervous system) healthy you. Fantastic experience: I always leave Natura feeling so much better than when I arrived. I used to be quite sceptical of chiropractors in general, but after I started seeing Henrik every week, I saw genuine results. Also, as this service is a pay-as-much-as-you-like-or-can service, it means I can actually afford to see Henrik every week! I can always feel my bones start to rust when I haven't been in a while; this made me realise that before I started seeing Henrik, feeling so stiff was just normal! Going to Natura has made me as flexible as I was when I was younger and has greatly improved my horrendous full-time-student posture. Not only is the service always a cracking 10/10 (pun intended), Henrik's bright personality always makes me feel welcome (even when I have missed like 7 weeks of sessions oooooops!). I first came to this service not knowing what to expect (except that I could afford it), and now I leave every week feeling like I could do a back flip*** . I couldn't recommend Natura enough; even if you don't have any known spinal issues, I would still go here, because you may just be complacent with how rusty your bones are (like I sadly once was). Fantastic experience: Hendrick has helped with both my back and hip aches. Being born breach with dislocated hips, having my own child and being in a car accident a few years ago, my back and hips were achy and sore while sitting at my job and lying down. After coming to Natura, I feel a lot better, able to sit for long periods and sleeping through the night. I only wish I had come sooner!

Fantastic experience: Natura is the chiropractic practice of Dr Henrik Prutz. I couldn't rate Henrik and the clinical practice that he has created more highly. Henrik practices with a unique combination of clinical expertise, warmth and a deep sense of common humanity. There is sense of calm and wellbeing in the space which is accomming of family. No need to book appointments once you are an established patient, and a payment schedule that is truly attuned to your personal circumstances. Henrik offers both acute remedial and long term wellbeing chiropractic. Nothing scary or brutal! Lol.

Fantastic experience: Natura is an incredibly wholesome place. Stepping into the door there is an immediate sense of calm with open space, plants, a space for children to play and a nice seating area. I had never been to a chiropractor but everything was explained to me in detail. Henrik is a very warm and genuine practitioner and person. Even though he is extremely busy he always has time for a little chat and he shows interest in all of his clients on a personal level which only improves the care clients receive. The offer of a “gift giving payment system” was also foreign to me, and it’s simply brilliant as it enables everyone to receive care. Matilda is super approachable and helpful, a delight to deal with in person or via email or social media. Information is always relayed in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Natura to anyone looking for chiropractic care. They also have a weekly information evening.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely recommend this place for your chiropractic needs. I have tried chiropractors in Auckland, Sydney and Christchurch over the last few years - Natura (Henrik) is the best of the lot. Very skilled and caring - And Matilda is a star on the front desk. Unfortunately, I had to relocate to Auckland but if I am ever in Christchurch again with free time, will definitely go back to Henrik.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, welcoming and engaging. Lots of little things add up to make the whole experience relaxing and pleasant. A blanket across the legs if wearing a skirt/dress/kilt, a wee basket to pop keys, glasses or phone in during adjustment. Thorough in explanation on what is happening within the body for the need of adjustments. Henrik and his team are so nurturing, you feel like you belong.

Fantastic experience: Ongoing treatments have made a massive difference to how many headaches and migraines i now get. I love the ongoing support with the ability to drop in when passing and get adjustment. The payment system of paying what you can afford means you don’t have to hold off getting adjustments when you are on a tight budget, and you can make up for it when funds are available. They offer a superb service which I will continue to use and refer friends too.

Fantastic experience: After traveling around the country hiking with two small kids and sleeping in various hotels and airbnb’s I was in a lot of pain from my back getting “stuck.” Dr. Henrik was a lifesaver. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with scoliosis in my late teens and had been struggling to find a chiropractor who could help me for so long. After a two/ three-year break from losing hope, I discovered Natura in late March/early April 2023. I have noticed a significant change in my back health and I am very thankful for Dr. Paul's help in getting my health back on track. He walked me through every step of the process and actually educated me on the biology of my spine and how it functions, whereas other chiropractors I have been to didn't make the time or effort to educate me. I would definitely recommend Natura to anyone looking for a chiropractor. These guys are great!

Negative experience: Well disappointed to say the least after searching.. putting effort in to find a chiropractor who may be somewhat affordable.. was told my first session would be at the chiros descression.. of an actually shift?! mmm thts strange as I would be paying for it.. I know I need it I know my body so why would I pay almost a hundred dollars not to be shifted on tht day.. so walk around then come back .. thus says to me more of power for them less of treatment and actually listening.. I will pay more for better service .. waste of time.. now I imagine I'll year some sort of excuse . Pretty easy when your making alot if money I would imagine .. how beautiful of you guys .. yes thanks to me for taking time to write this so other people aren't wasting their money and time .. my god how awful

Fantastic experience: A bit late the review but here it goes, after seeing 2 physiotherapists, 1 doctor and 1 chiropractor, I came to see Henrik thinking that I had to operate, Henrik was the only one who listened to me and analyzed what was happening to me, 2 months I was with this pain and 2 weeks without walk, henrik used his knowledge to literally "fix me" I thank henrik and his sweet assistant for the sessions that I was there, I would certainly return for some treatment, and if you are looking for a good chiropractor, henrik is the one, again thank you very much for saving me life.
