I felt immediate relief from persistent disabiling shoulder pain and increased freedom of movement from the first session with Val. Nothing short of miraculous in my book. Seeing Val she got me back moving again, after treatment with Val I have continued doing reformer Pilates that has really transform my body and kept me out of a lot of pain. Having smaller classes really helps to get form correct to prevent further injuries. With current injuries kept in mind. All the staff are really kind and really friendly they are an A+ team

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to fine tune for around 5 years and I can’t recommend this practice enough. The staff are all so friendly, I see Agnieszka who is so friendly and knowledgeable she gets right into the problem areas to make you feel so much better than when you walked in, my main focus over the years is my back/neck which trigger headaches and migraines in which reduce substantially when visiting Agnieszka. Mayu is also the best massage therapist, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend :)

Whether it’s migraines, neck pain, back issues, or anything else, they always get me sorted—usually in just one or two appointments, compared to multiple sessions at a physio. Every practitioner I’ve seen has been just as effective, even though their approaches differ, which gives me real confidence in the whole team. They’ve recently added Pilates to their services, with more exciting additions on the way, making them a true movement-improvement one-stop shop. Honestly, I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Our family have been coming to see Agnieszka at Fine Tune Osteopathy for 8 years. She has successfully treated a wide range of injuries and concerns for us. From colicky newborn babies, recovery from a broken femur, TMJ issues, headaches and more complex problems. She is a very important part of our family’s health system and I have recommended her to many people. We have also seen the other providers at Fine Tune when we haven’t been able to get in with Agnieszka and have found them to be very good.

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Fine tune highly enough. I've been seeing Agnieszka since i was pregnant with my first child 7 years ago. She kept my body functioning well to be able to keep active thru both of my pregnancies as well as to complete many events like just recent the Kepler challenge 60km. I have seen many of the practitioners at fine tune over the past 7 years and i rate them all. My kids have been in and also my husband being a builder has had many excellent treatments to keep his body in line to function for his work. I appreciate there excellent knowledge of how the body functions and the advice of how to keep it functioning at it's best. My body wouldn't be where it is without there service!!

Fantastic experience: We are a couple in our 60s and see Josh at least once a month to work on our aches and pains. I still play competitive sport and with Josh’s care and exercise plan I can compete with men far younger. My wife has muscular issues and the treatment she receives from Josh relieves her painful symptoms. We have also referred our daughter to Josh who is recovering from her injury well.
