Fantastic experience: Rang Papanui Chiro for an urgent appointment as I was travelling through on my Motorcycle as I put my back out on the trip. Caleb got me in straightaway and was very thorough and started my realignment with a full body adjustment. Perfect!!! Returned the next day for a follow up adjustment and got me feeling 90%. Caleb finished by adjustment process with a machine massage to settle everything down. I recommend Caleb as a caring and thorough Chiro to book in to see. Thx

Fantastic experience: I managed to get a last minute appointment with Caleb and I am so glad I was able to. He listened to my issue (lower back pain), and discussed what he would suggest as a course of treatment. He talked me through each part of the treatment session and explained what and why he was doing each thing. My back felt better right away and with a follow up appointment later in the week, it should be all sorted. All of this as well as being very reasonably priced and accommodating, I would recommend Caleb to everyone.

Negative experience: Treatment of body is good but POOR customer service.Today i was booked in for my back pain treatment. I was soo in pain not for back but for other reason and want to use the toilet but he haven’t allowed me because of his policies. Even person is in pain policies are more important.Related to his treatment is good but that’s other thing ,customer service is first especially when someone is in pain . There is note mentioned in the Shop on the table “only knock the door when emergency “ after reading the note i knocked the door and he came and said sorry when i asked to use the toilet. I am still confused which emergency he is talking about.In services section he mention toilets (not for use). Really disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Caleb for back and neck pain and can thoroughly recommend his treatment methods. Have been to a few Chiro s in my time and an osteopath and Caleb suits me very well. Very professional but also very friendly and approachable which is important to me. You are not there for 10mins and out again. He gives a good 25mins treatment. With easy parking at the door .Caleb knows his stuff., anyone unsure if a chiropractor is right for them, give Caleb a chance to help you, I am sure you won't be disappointed .

Fantastic experience: I can recommend everyone to go here! This guy know what he's doing. I came with a painful back and he knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. Okay, after that I had more pain, but it got less the next morning and was able to stand straight again. I could do some physical work and just continued moving as he adviced. Next day the pain was way less. The day after that it was only a little bit stiff and now it is gone!
