Fantastic experience: Dr Karen has changed my life. When I first visited her I was a mess physically with back pain, poor sleep and weekly migraines not to mention my mental health due this severe pain. She assessed me thoroughly which also included X-rays to confirm areas to target with the schedule she put in place for me over many weeks. I was also given stretching exercises to do at home in between appointments. I can’t imagine how miserable I would be if I hadn’t gone to Dr Karen. Her knowledge and understanding of the body and mind and her wholistic approach to good health and wellbeing is incredible and often that approach is overlooked by health professionals. Dr Karen is kind and caring and a beautiful person. I highly recommend a visit to her if your body is letting you down.

Due to lifting heavy boxes & repetitive admin tasks over a matter of weeks, as a result my neck & back became extremely sore & tight; I knew it was time to revisit Karen for adjustment. After the first visit I already felt so much better. I came in for lower back pain, I was struggling with work and everyday tasks like putting on socks. After 6 weeks I barely notice my back pain and am able to work pretty much back to normal now. Fantastic experience: Most chiropractors I've seen just do a quick adjustment where you're in and out the door like you're just one of many on a factory production line. It's so much more than that with Karen who really takes time to go through a wide range of adjustments, has time to answer multiple questions every time, provides a full body massage and recommends stretches and exercises and other advice that can be done to improve my severe scoliosis and forward head tilt as well as much more. It really is value for money and I wish I'd gone to see her sooner!

Fantastic experience: Of all the chiropractors in auckland, Karen is the best. While other places will adjust you and send you out the door in less then a minute, Karen takes the time to listen to your concern. She also loosens your muscles before adjusting, and ends the appointment with a soothing massage. The care and attention from Karen is professional, friendly and mindful. There is also parking which is rare for a inner city location. I would give more than 5 stars if it's an option.

Originally coming in to find the source of a severe cronic lower back pain, where I couldnt even lie straight on my back, she managed to foxe up and keep me pain free through two pregnancies. Fantastic experience: Went to see Karen Three Lamps when she did a promo about 5 years ago and have been going regularly ever since. Karen’s adjustments have really helped reduce serious migraines and a number of back injuries over the years. I prefer manual adjustments and Karen is totally happy to do those while being just as skilled at table adjustments if that’s your preference. Great chiropractor!
