Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Ian Chang at Natural Health Clinic Mt Eden for the past few weeks for shoulder and neck stiffness, and the results have been excellent. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain the treatment and address the root cause of the problem. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, and the stiffness has reduced with each visit. Dr. Ian is also friendly and makes every appointment comfortable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced chiropractor.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the natural health clinic I injured my muscle ligaments from training. The receptionist, Thea, has made the process super easy by helping me with the ACC form and giving me appointment times that I can schedule into my week. The routine for the week is one appointment with the chiropractor followed by an acupuncture appointment later in the week. Ian is the first chiropractor that has explained to me what is going on with my body, and what areas of the body need to be strengthened. Also, has a bunch of exercises he recommends to help the process. Ben, the acupuncturist,is an expert at what he does and even though needles are scary, I barely feel the needles go in. He also analyzes my body and gives me tips to help with some imbalances with the body. A very good team and routine. I'll definitely be recommending my friends to go here!

Fantastic experience: I was recommended here by my colleagues since I had sore back and neck. Also, tension headaches was a bit of a problem. I saw Colin (chiropractor) whom I had my first chiropractic session and his very knowledgeable about his practice. This experience became more great when Thea (receptionist) suggested acupuncture and ventosa massage in between my Chiro session which was done by Tiffany. The whole thing made a huge difference in my day to day living. It was an excellent decision I made. The next few chiropractic sessions were done by Dr Jeyeon Kim who’s an expert! I am just so amazed how he would always point out the areas that causes me pain and made it so easy to treat. I can’t wait for my remaining sessions and would love to go back for my aftercare. Keep up the excellent job that you guys do and don’t let those cheerful smile passed away! Cheers !

Fantastic experience: i had an accident 4years ago i fell and hit my tail bone, since then im in pain from time to time . then fast forward to 2018, i worked in production company and needed to stand up straight for 12hrs, and sometimes lift heavy materials and it made it worst. the pain became almost every day but the tingling sensation which was so uncomfortable became every day. i did some therapy, though it helped lessen the pain but still the pain and feeling of uncomfortable is not completely gone. and few months ago while cleaning the bathroom i had a minor accident again, then i had pain again. luckily i saw the post in Facebook regarding this chiropractor and acupuncture and made a little research about it, and thankfully i tried this, for a week now i don't fell any pain, and i dont feel the tingling sensation any more. i never thought it will improve. so thank you for the team in mt. eden you dont know how much you helped me improve my daily life routine. every body in mt. eden are friendly and professional. thank you sincerely kim j

Fantastic experience: Been visiting Natural Health Care Clinic in Mt. Eden for 2 months now. They’ve got excellent and wonderful services. Everything about this clinic is professional from the reception to the therapy sessions. They take time to explain everything and give you your options. After a long standing discomfort and pain in my back, I feel significantly more comfortable and have no doubt there is still more improvement to come. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic as the treatment here is effective and excellent result from my Chiropractor and Acupuncture sessions.
