Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing lower back pain for quite a long time, and it was starting to affect my everyday life. Sitting for long periods was uncomfortable, and even driving was difficult because I felt like I was constantly sitting slightly to one side instead of straight. From my very first visits, I started noticing an improvement in my posture, and with each appointment, the pain in my lower back gradually became much better. I also used to struggle when going to sleep. I would call it my “pillow rage” — I would keep changing positions over and over again, trying to find a comfortable position, and it would take me ages to fall asleep. Since starting my visits, this has improved significantly, and now I can fall asleep much more quickly and comfortably. A few days before my first appointment, I also experienced a small injury at the gym after doing a competition and lifting a weight awkwardly from the floor. Thankfully, it wasn’t anything serious, but it made me realise how important it was to look after my body and get things checked properly. I’m very happy with the improvements I’ve noticed so far, especially with my posture, lower back and sleep. On top of that, the whole team is very friendly, welcoming and always makes me feel comfortable during my visits. I’m really glad I decided to start seeing my chiropractor, Abdul. He has been very professional, attentive and supportive throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I have spondylosis, having a good sleep was getting harder and painkillers were also messing with my sleep and head. I stopped taking tramadol and the pain came back. I tried Balmoral Chiropractor. I felt comfortable and within 2 weeks my pain was decreased a lot. My neck is almost back inline with my spine. Abdul also gives me an excersize routine. I feel great, I can sleep through the whole night and function during the day.

He put me on a treatment plan that saw me visiting the clinic twice a week for adjustments, and then once a week. 2 months later and the pains are practically non-existent. Fantastic experience: My husband got an accident after lifting our piano. It was extremely painful for him. He then could not even sit up himself from a lying position. It was on a public holiday afternoon, I could not carry him or get any extra support. Going to the emergency room would not be effective at that time. I called the clinic to ask for help, Abdul was very dedicated and helpful to tell me what to do, and offer a home visit in a few hours later. He did some adjustments to my husband at night time without any extra fees. My husband felt much better the next day, could move himself without support.
