Fantastic experience: Love the team at rehab. I heard of Marcos through a runner I follow who was doing some cool strength training, so when I was having a hip issue and in need of some help I booked in and was really happy with his approach which was perfect for me. Since the end of last year I've pushed my physical running ability with his help, and I've been able to get some fantastic advice around strength work, learn more about my running, physical resiliency and some great progressions, all while adjusting my training to my needs. Also, more importantly, Marcos is a fantastic person. He answers all my questions with a smile- and I have a lot of questions lol. The whole team there is super friendly and I've been happily recommending them since my first visit.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatment I received for a torn rotator cuff from Keith at Thorndon studio. The initial assessment and program to gradually increase use without risk of further injury was absolutely spot on. The service was personalised with a great mix of humour and encouragement along with excellent communication of my progress. My GP concurred with Keith’s findings and advice and spoke highly of the role of physiotherapy in achieving a good recovery. Fantastic experience: After seeing multiple other professionals over a year who couldn't figure out my back pain, Marcos used actual science and measurements to find the solution. In one appointment he diagnosed the problem and exactly what treatment is required. I can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Marcos is fantastic! I moved to Wellington last year and wanted to find a physio to support me with on-going injuries, and after lots of research, Rehab Co seemed like the best fit. Having a rather complex injury history and hypermobility, and woking in the fitness/sports world myself, I've previously seen lots of experts and Marcos is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever worked with! His incredible knowledge, compassion and professionalism has helped me so much, and I now frequently recommend my own clients to him, who all come away with the same first class experience. Marcos is brilliant, the whole team are lovely and the clinic and facilities are fantastic. Can't recommend them enough!

They’ve got a gym and at least one room with a massage chair and do manual therapy and physio all in one place! Most recently, I came to Marcos with a niggly pain in my arm that I couldn't get rid of and he gave me a clear explanation of what he thought the issue was and what exercises I should do to recover. Now, just a little over a month later and I've already improved heaps and can get back to being active and doing the things that I love. Fantastic experience: Traveling thru NZ from the US and knee pain from lots of hiking caused me to seek a professional. Libby at the Thornton office, is one of the most skilled and passionate sports therapists that I’ve seen. After hearing my background, she set to work releasing tension in my inflamed knee all the while explaining what she was doing. The session ended with exercises and recommendations for ongoing strength and flexibility. This was such a crucial help as we plan to hike The Milford Track in 3 weeks! Libby, very thankful to have found you!

Fantastic experience: Terrific experience with Jack from Rehab Co. and dealing with a rehab plan for a knee injury. Appointments were always on time and the follow up emails detailing the extensive list of exercises was something I've never had before. Would definitely come back in future if *fingers crossed* the need arises.

Fantastic experience: Rehab Co is a brilliant Physiotherapy Clinic with highly skilled and friendly physiotherapists. They really care about rehabilitation, and getting you back to where you want to be in a healthy/realistic timeframe. They have great banter and really make you feel comfortable in case the injury you have sustained makes you feel a little bit awkward or embarrassed.

Negative experience: Called in on two separate occasions and booked in only to turn up and be told they weren't expecting me/not in the system. This time I asked for a confirmation email and she said not to worry I'd get a reminder the day before which I didn't. Seems like a good set up with decent practitioners but the bookings are hit and miss which unfortunately is a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: The team at Rehab Co. were amazing My physio Emmanuel got me back where I need to be a lot faster than planned and cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication and sacrifice for getting me back where I am now and into the gym and my beloved Brazilian Jiu Jitsu . Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio they are A+.

Fantastic experience: Rehab Co was a fantastic experience. All the staff were pretty on to it. But the stand out Physio there was Tessa. I was at my lowest when I had started at Rehab and over time Tess fixed my lower back, destroyed right knee and both shoulders. I now live/sleep pain free and I’m even training for a half marathon. She even went above and beyond helping me with my sleep patterns and work stresses. I have recommended there services to anyone who would listen and will continue too.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this place since earlier this year and have been absolutely blown away by how good it is. The staff are friendly and the facilities immaculate but most of all physio Tess is incredible. Despite her marginally above average banter and questionable ‘gen z’ taste in music… she is a switched on and diligent physio who really knows her stuff (this coming from someone who is pretty picky!) Would and have recommended The Rehab Co and Tess to many people!
