After several fruitless physio and osteo appointments, one adjustment made me feel better than I had in months (despite the fact that my injury felt so muscular that i was sure chiropractic adjustment wouldn’t help). Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Louise at Back to Living for about 10 years now! I love her gentle and knowledgeable approach and enjoy regular chiropractic adjustments to maintain fluidity in my spine, neck area and coccyx which can sometimes feel tension. I believe regular chiropractic care helps me stay well - I very rarely get cold, flu or other illnesses

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife went here for sciatica and a slipped disc two years ago and her back was treated with manipulation that sent her to the hospital and left her needing a steroid injection. She was unable to walk for a month. Horrible horrible experience, she will never enter a chiropractor office again.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr Louise Blair at BLC for a few months now and I would be completely lost without her time, compassion and skillful care. I was completely at the end of my rope when I contacted Louise. Struggling almost blindly with a level of chronic pain caused by CPTSD that was engulfing, debilitating and what felt at the time not just helpless, but hopeless too. For the first time, after a long line of failed clinicians shrugging their shoulders (and passing the buck) Louise said with a sincerity I'll not forget "Juliet I can help you". And she has. I'm on a fraction of the opiate pain killers amounted after months and months of unbearable pain. There isn't a quick fix but there is a fix in progress beyond what I could ever have hoped for 12 months ago. When she said she was committed to helping me she meant it. I would not hesitate to recommend BLC especially for to people like myself, the hopeless case that could be helped. It just took a special kind of care. Thank you so much Louise!

Negative experience: I stopped coming here a long time ago. They severely injured my neck (sprained it) during an adjustment, then claimed that it must have been my fault. Its never come right. This plus privacy breaches on multiple occasions was just too much for me.

Louise arranged longer appointments for my mum due to language barrier. She was so patient and did a wonderful job. My mum who was not able to walk unaided, started walking without any help.
